I've always enjoyed Minhgo's Way. every summer I love to eat at this food truck at the riverfront and enjoy the Sun. it is one of the things I look forward to every year. my favorite is the vermicelli bowl with two meats and spring rolls. good value meal and I feel well fed afterwards. I also enjoy their burgers and other deep-fried delights.

Awesome food! was travelling thru and made a stop at the river front and it was a perfect spot for a quick lunch before heading back on the road. Fresh ingredients and lots of food for two people to share. highly recommend!
Love this food truck!! Authentic and so yummy! Brandy and her husband are so friendly and have the best customer service ever! I literally dream about the crab rangoons…so delish!! Love to order them and sit by the river at lunchtime to enjoy the beautiful view. Excellent vermicelli and spring rolls too!!! Highly recommend to anybody, especially if your passing through!

I love getting my summer lunches at Minhgo's Way food truck. Just across from Buy-Low Foods in the riverfront park. Many days in the winter I dream for this food and when it comes I sit down at the park and I enjoy the Athabasca River view while I eat the best meal in town!
Parking: Just drive into the riverfront parking lot and find a spot and look for the red food truck.
