It’s a cozy coffee/gift shop. Great Latte and Wraps

Was here for a chai tea latte and regular latte on July 19. Staff was friendly and drinks were perfect.
I’ve been coming to this coffee shop on and off to support local, and in the past I enjoyed stopping in. But over the last 5 months the experience has gone downhill. The customer service has become cold and unfriendly especially from one staff member who always seems irritated. It’s disappointing when you want to enjoy a small treat or a quiet moment, but you’re met with attitude and inconsistent drinks. Lately, most of what I’ve ordered has just tasted like milk, with barely any coffee or flavour.
I really tried to keep supporting them, but after several visits with the same experience, I don’t think I’ll be back.
I hate to do this, but i was in this town for a job and love stopping at local coffee shops but this was probably the worst chai latte I have ever had. No flavor at all, all I can taste is the spice they sprinkled on top. Very disappointed. Even the lady making my tea was cold and not very friendly.

Excellent little shop with great coffee and chai. The chocolate peanut butter cookie was amazing. Definitely worth the detour off the highway.
I am a creature of habit and I always get a toasted almond flat white and it never disappoints. The baristas are always friendly. Definitely my go to coffee stop in Athabasca.
