I pre ordered at 8:15, got there at 8:25, didn’t start making the sandwiches until 8:35. Took 5 minutes to make the sandwiches when they did, they prioritized the lineup of people and didn’t make the mobile order until the rush was done. What’s the point of ordering in advance if they don’t do it until 10 minutes after you get there? Would’ve been faster to join the line.

This Subway is horrible, usually I have good experiences but this time was not. All of the food was soggy, old, deteriorating and overall not appetizing. I could not finish the sandwich due to the food being rotten, mushy and looked expired. Hopefully the food will start to be changed or flipped because the current condition of the produce in the front is horrendous. I can only imagine the back of the building as a former employee has to told me horror stories. Please stick to the subway name and have fresh food.
