This is a Tim Hortons that I frequent often over the last few years, and have a fairly consistently awful experience most times I attend. If you’re just getting a coffee, you’ll be fine. But if you want anything else, food items, baked goods, etc., you can pretty safely assume they will either get your order wrong, the quality will be awful , or they will tell you that they don’t have whatever you’re asking for available - regardless the time of day. You could ask for potato wedges at 5 PM and they will tell you it’s a 20 minute wait. I can honestly say that if I was the owner of this location, I would be extremely unhappy with whoever’s managing it because it’s consistently a disappointment. The only thing this location has going for it is the regular staff members are very pleasant to deal with.

Very slow drive through and gets order wrong a lot
It’s a Tim Hortons, what can I say. It’s hard to get a bagel toasted and hot ( burnt on one side cold on the other is how they like to rock) it’s not the same as back in the day when they was an actual baker making food. Now it’s all pre packaged stuff that’s not really that great but in a pitch you can get a 3$ Tea, no more honey with tea now which is very disappointing, but hey share holders need to make profit right ?? Tims is like drinking beer everyone does it but no one knows why ….

Athabasca Tim Hortons. Five stars just because it is in Athabasca, surrounded by good hunting and fishing. Perfect place for a stop after a successful trip

The saff absolutely suck here bruh, it's crazy that they're serving cold food in the morning but not having bloody coffee not be available is a new low. The woman laughs on the comms while saying no for everything ordered. Get outta here

Don't usually go to Tim Hortons. But I enjoyed my Hot Chocolate and tidbits.

Since when is it ok to throw the ketchup pack into the breakfast sandwiches. We arent animals. At least have sone respect for the people you are feeding. We were at the drive through and the window lady and a lady in the back were yelling back and fort in another language. . This place lacks respect for its customers

Feeding me a cold breakfast wrap was crazy work😭first bite thought it was straight out the freezer and then the middle was somehow really hot?? Interesting stuff… and the coffee made me emergency stop a ways down the road
Please bring back the garbage can in the drive through.
