This establishment allows the elderly to soil themselves while they're begging to use the toilet at the drive thru window (just after dining room closed). If I could give this location no stars, I absolutely would. Manager justifies the behaviour of staff saying that they made the decision based on they feared the man (a frail 80 year old with Parkinson's and Dimentia) could have been accompanied by a threatening person. Absolutely disgusting lack of humanity

As has happened a few times (resulting in my just walking out on at least one occasion), I'm standing at the counter for 10 or 15 minutes watching one person to juggle the drive thru and front counter, for a meal that takes me 3 minutes to eat. Stop being cheapskates and hire another person. It's called FAST food.

What a rude place stood in line for a coffee just to have the staff ignore me. And serve some walk in regular he just smiled said he thought I was just standing around not a customer
