The staff here are the nicest staff I have ever encountered. The store is clean and the food is always so good. I have been to make Dairy Queens in Alberta and I would rank this one as the best in the whole province! Having just moved to this town, they are a pleasant surprise. I will be giving them my service 100%

Service was absolutely amazing here! I went through the drive through. Pulled in with my dog and they treated him amazing as well. Anytime I'm in the area this location definitely has my business!!!

Waited half an hour almost for my food. Watched a woman come up and say she waited 25 minutes for her food, and now her fries were cold. The person at the front took her fries and put them back on the line! The same line they grab free fries from… meaning she tried giving away cold fries that were touched by someone else to someone new!

What a horrible experience! Waited in line for 10minutes for Nadia to be rude to my 80 year old mother!! So disgustied. Now the food, dry burgers, even the dogs wouldn't eat them.

9:30 at night. They close at 10:00 Won’t make burgers for an order you ask for. That’s 30 min before closing. Not 2 min 30! Horrible customer service

Ordered food tonight (Nov 12/2023) my burger was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted looked like the burger was just thrown together fast Also ordered a poutine and the cheese was not even melted and it was cold not very impressed. Who likes cold food ?? I know I don’t like cold food!!!
