The rudest Dairy Queen I have ever been too! Terrible service, food and atmosphere, just awful staff! I would never go there again! I’m from out of town, I’ll be sure to let everyone I know, to definitely pass on this place! Get some nice staff that could at least smile! I feel sorry for how they likely treat the locals.

The staff here are the nicest staff I have ever encountered. The store is clean and the food is always so good. I have been to make Dairy Queens in Alberta and I would rank this one as the best in the whole province! Having just moved to this town, they are a pleasant surprise. I will be giving them my service 100%

Waited half an hour almost for my food. Watched a woman come up and say she waited 25 minutes for her food, and now her fries were cold. The person at the front took her fries and put them back on the line! The same line they grab free fries from… meaning she tried giving away cold fries that were touched by someone else to someone new!

What a horrible experience! Waited in line for 10minutes for Nadia to be rude to my 80 year old mother!! So disgustied. Now the food, dry burgers, even the dogs wouldn't eat them.
