Im going to be that petty person, and I wouldn't be if this Cashier wasn't being rude to my wife. My Wife ordered a Small Blizzard at DQ today for her sister and I, when she got our blizzards there was no pieces put in it, or it was literally barely anything in it, when her sister asked the one lady she put on more pieces and was understanding, the other lady when my wife asked was blantly rude, trying to argue with her and her sister, even when my wife was showing my blizzard to her with barely anything in it, and she was just trying to argue and she still got charged money to get more pieces. I usually never complain about DQ, but the way she was so rude, even when when my wife showed her the proof with the blizzard, and her sister backing her up with it to because she was with her at the time and hers didn't come with barely any pieces as well. If my wife comes back upset from a Cashier at DQ then that worker shouldn't be working there at all, if she doesnt know how to deal with Customers, or properly do her job.

I was passing through Barrhead and stopped here, went thru the drive thru today Aug 21 at about 3:30pm. Placed our order then went up to the window to pay. Had to wait 5 minutes for fresh chicken for the sandwich, no problem. Once the food was given to us, we were driving out of town and noticed an item was missing, so I turned around and went back. I went in the store and explained the situation and the young kid started challenging me that I got what I ordered, so I invited him out the vehicle to have a look (which of course he didn't) the other 2 guys were trying to stop this kid (about 14 years old probably the owners son which I think is great that he's working in the business) they continued to try to stop him and make it right but he wanted to argue and then began saying I didn't order it and they didn't charge me for it, which I said okay but how am I the problem here (I did order it, but I have no idea if I paid for it or not). He walked off behind the wall laughing at the situation. The other worker was then talking to me and I can hear the kid in the back saying I'm a liar. I have no idea what this kids problem is, but someone needs to straighten him out.... I just left saying don't want the burger now because who knows what that kid is going to do to it. It was a ridiculous situation.
Just amazing great workers got a free dilly bar got 7 chicken strips instead of 6 while some others only give me 5, great food great service 10/10 recommend

The rudest Dairy Queen I have ever been too! Terrible service, food and atmosphere, just awful staff! I would never go there again! I’m from out of town, I’ll be sure to let everyone I know, to definitely pass on this place! Get some nice staff that could at least smile! I feel sorry for how they likely treat the locals.
