This was the weirdest and worst Tim Hortons experience I’ve ever had. Stopped by for a quick coffee and bagel on my way through town. Staff looked dazed and confused and moved with zero sense of urgency. Waited for 20min while two staff members “worked” on my order with two other customers waiting in line. I’m not sure if the staff knew where they were or what they were supposed to be doing?? Yikes.
If you are in a hurry, this is not the place to go! There were two people in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get my order!

Order on line its faster they say. Ya right gave them 20 mins to do my order i get there and not even started. Then wait 10 minutes for my order to be made. And all they can say is oops. I am pissed

Had a very frustrating interacting juts now at tim hortons. I put an online order in and whe i got then of course it's not ready and they they don't have everything. They did not have the muffinni ordered andni had to replace it with a lesser value muffin and then the lady whom was super sick working with my food could not speak clearly as she had no voice from being sick. So after me making her repeat her self 5 time I finally just said what ever. Then the lady after finishing my bagel went to her co work and start talking in there native language then he grabbed my bagel bag made sure to crinkle it up amd threw a cold replacment muffin in my warm bagle bag so it can melt in my breakfast bag. What a lack of respect on there part and poor employment standards with keep a staff sicker then a dog on food prep. Thanks for the flu or what ever u might have given to me. Whenni went to say something to the man about putting my muffin on the warm bag he rolled his eye and slump walked to the bag as I was speak. So disappointed for our small town and tim hortons as a whole. Really need better staff and management.

Those on staff work hard. But they definitely need more help. I have left Tim Hortons many time because the line is to long and slow😬

Not my favourite as they are extremely slow and are often out of stuff.

I am surprised this location is still open, the service has never improved and slow. It's not Starbucks it's tim Hortons the coffee is made just pour.... one staff member only come on speed people support your workers had to leave took too long....

Worst Tim's ever
This Tim hortons never has anything stocked or made. The staff are pleasant and kind but some of them seem lost and disorganized; which has been the case for 4 years through several different managers. There are a couple staff members that are not apart of this who are organized and honestly I don’t know why they are not managing this store. This is the only Tim hortons I’ve encountered in Alberta with these constant issues. Me and my husband support McDonald’s more than this Tim Hortons now because of the constant issues and lack of items available.
Store is dirty (garbage on the floor)
Service is slow (cause there's 1 person working)
Bugs everywhere. BIG spider in the bathroom (had a bug fall out of my bag of timbits)
Crackhead central (constantly begging for money)
Maybe they should hire some of the crackheads, which would potentially help with the other issues there

Placed our order, she asked if it was right. I looked at it was so I said yes. As I went to tap my card she added a $2.00 donut to the bottom of my order. It popped up on the screen as I was tapping to pay. I had to ask for a copy of the receipt. When we were given our order I checked and no donut. So, I showed my receipt and asked for the donut that I paid for but didn’t order. Wonder how many people a day they scam out of $2. Ask for your receipt and double check it.
Went to fill out the survey but my receipt doesn’t have the 21 digit code.

Bathroom was messy, no scheduled cleaning, amd out of toilet paper. The day I was there it seem understaffed, slow service. Surprisingly poor for a Tim Hortons.

This location is NEVER adequately stocked. 930 am on a saturday, they have no hashbrowns, no everything bagels. They have gone MONTHS with no functioning milk steamer. They dont open until 8 am. There might as well be no Tims in this town at all, as they so regularly are unable to provide the basics on their menu

Good atmosphere with good staff. Specially Lakhpreet he was really nice when he took my order. Also, I am really happy with the freshness of food they served.
