Inconsistent operating hours is not good for business specifically during weekdays. One day I went to get ice cap since the weather was so hot. Just about 4pm and they were closed already. This is not the first time. There are also time that I went just after 8am before I went to office for work and they are still closed.

The staff was extremely slow. The screen showed that 3 farmers wraps were ordered separately. The guy was cooking/making them one at a time. He definitely should have made them all at once or at least started the next ones while waiting for the cookers to cook the ingredients. Very frustrating. What should have taken 4 or 5 minutes max was closer to 20 minutes. One guy walked out because it was taking so long.

The new workers are so lazy and slow i ordered a drink and two wraps its been 30 min and on top of that they have multiple times gotten my order wrong or i paid for something i didnt even order i used to love it here im never coming back now its also dirty

This place never got better, they open and close whenever they please and the service is always terrible. No one there seems to care about anything and they can never make anything right, 1 add on to something and they don’t put it in which is annoying cause you pat extra for it. That place is never clean and in an empty store it takes 20 minutes to make a bagel. That place needs to be shut down or have some better management.
