I work at a liquor store and I cannot get ahold of the rep. I used to work with Austin who was great and always called before I even needed him. Now it doesn't matter who I call, I cannot get through. I will be moving on to a different supplier for moonshines. If you or someone is looking, check out Crabby Goat! I have nothing but kind words!

West of the 5th Distillery supplied all the drinks & liquor for our wedding at Gardenview Estates and also bartended for us. I honestly could not ask for better staff. Nathan (the one I dealt with the most) was quick to respond, so unbelievably kind and literally left us with no stress. Both bartenders were professional and went above and beyond on the day of. The shines they make and sell are all so delicious as well.... everything was fantastic. We even made a profit on our toonie bar due to the way they run the bar/ liquor sales! LOL. Unheard of. I can't recommend these guys enough!!

The staff were slow and were not focused on her tasks. Bought us drinks that we didnt order, had to ask a few times for cutlery and a few items we ordered weren't even available. Staff did a fair bit of chatting at the bar instead on checking on customers.

Bought a bottle of Moonshine espresso at a Calgary liquor store and although the contents were great the cap on the bottle was a complete fail. It is so thin and when I tried to open the bottle the safety seal would not let go and it just turned and turned. I had to get out side cutters to remove the cap and got a slight cut for my efforts. when I tried to screw the cap back on it just turned and would not seal as it was too flimsy. I really like this product but will not buy again if I can't re-seal it when I am done for the night

I know the owners personally growing up as friends. They're probably some of the best business people I've ever met. The food and environment is excellent. Customer service is top notch. I'll go here at least once a week for sure. Family friendly, great establishment ???
