Dude took care to keep the veggies fresh closed the lids right after serving.
Had the eggs and bacon on herbs and cheese with onions green peppers and two jalapeño Chipotle sauce and salt and pepper, outstanding!

Absolutely fantastic subway. The two individuals that were working tonight at 645pm. Were the nicest and friendliest staff I've come across at a subway in a long time. Will definitely be back he i come through again

Me and my brother were working in the bassano area for two weeks, And stoped by the subway every supper The staff started remembering what we wanted And we’re super friendly I Hope their boss sees this because I think they all need a raise , Nothing is more valuable in a business than good customer service 10 out of 10 Definitely going to be stopping by again someday

Service has not been great lately, online orders often incorrect and today’s was totally wrong. Wrong bread, not toasted , wrong veggies and no sauce. Also forgot the cookies we paid for.

I would give this a 1 if it wasn’t for one employees customer service saving my experience. I came through on my way back from family camping on the long weekend Monday and it was very busy. The girl where you ordered ,I believe she had cats on her name tag, seemed as though it was rude of me and my family to want to order sandwiches. We spent over $70 on food that pays your wages. At least the girl at the till was great and friendly, despite it being busy, she was kind, accurate, asked us how our experience was and informed us about the points app as we frequent subway as a family a lot. We appreciated Graces customer service after being treated like inconveniences when we got to order. Maybe some of the employees need a refresher on customer service. Food was good but still very unwelcoming at the start of your service.

The food was great, all the young staff are super lovely and in great spirits. The reason I’m giving this location a one star review is because the OWNER takes ALL the tips. When I tip, I do so because I know the service provider (the younger staff there) is making minimum wage - and I love to tip for good service. I would never expect the owner, or even the manager who is making a salary better than minimum, to be getting the extra 15-20% tip (that the debit machine suggests). My mind is blown. I wish I lived here so I could treat all of your AMAZING young staff better than you do.

The food was great - standard subway, as expected. The only downside was the manager/supervisor, who could be heard very clearly from the seating area. He was not being very kind towards staff members.

This is a pretty good subway. Employees had a fun attitude and gave great customer service. The only reason i took a star off is, even though the food was good, i felt like they still skimmed on the meat a bit... each pc is suppose to be folded in half, that's how it's shown in commercials, but they just layed it flat, and even though they did overlap it some, it wasn't enough... maybe subway has sanctioned this lowering of the amount of meat used, since most are doing this, but you can definitely see and taste the difference of what it used to be; when there was so much meat on your sub you could practically take it home and take half off for another sandwich.
