Service has not been great lately, online orders often incorrect and todayâs was totally wrong. Wrong bread, not toasted , wrong veggies and no sauce. Also forgot the cookies we paid for.

I would give this a 1 if it wasnât for one employees customer service saving my experience. I came through on my way back from family camping on the long weekend Monday and it was very busy. The girl where you ordered ,I believe she had cats on her name tag, seemed as though it was rude of me and my family to want to order sandwiches. We spent over $70 on food that pays your wages. At least the girl at the till was great and friendly, despite it being busy, she was kind, accurate, asked us how our experience was and informed us about the points app as we frequent subway as a family a lot. We appreciated Graces customer service after being treated like inconveniences when we got to order. Maybe some of the employees need a refresher on customer service. Food was good but still very unwelcoming at the start of your service.

The food was great, all the young staff are super lovely and in great spirits. The reason Iâm giving this location a one star review is because the OWNER takes ALL the tips. When I tip, I do so because I know the service provider (the younger staff there) is making minimum wage - and I love to tip for good service. I would never expect the owner, or even the manager who is making a salary better than minimum, to be getting the extra 15-20% tip (that the debit machine suggests). My mind is blown. I wish I lived here so I could treat all of your AMAZING young staff better than you do.

This is a pretty good subway. Employees had a fun attitude and gave great customer service. The only reason i took a star off is, even though the food was good, i felt like they still skimmed on the meat a bit... each pc is suppose to be folded in half, that's how it's shown in commercials, but they just layed it flat, and even though they did overlap it some, it wasn't enough... maybe subway has sanctioned this lowering of the amount of meat used, since most are doing this, but you can definitely see and taste the difference of what it used to be; when there was so much meat on your sub you could practically take it home and take half off for another sandwich.
The best fast food egg sandwich I've had anywhereâfresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the stop even better. One thing that really stood out to me: the washrooms are by far the cleanest Iâve come across on the road. And above all, there's no sign on the door saying ârestrooms for customers only.â When youâre in the middle of nowhere, those kinds of signs feel inhuman. I am glad Subway doesnât take that approach. It shows respect.Highly recommended.

Nice Staff, fresh veggies made the subs taste so good. Staff just needs to know that for veggie options if they change the gloves without asking to change them as due to the busyness they forget and touch the Sandwich with same gloves with which they made sandwiches which had meat. And being a vegetarian I would like that my whole sandwich was made with complete new Gloves. I am not deducting any starts for that bcz the sandwich was good and staff was kind.
