When I placed my order, Harman was attentive, patient, and professional, making sure everything was correct and even double-checking to ensure I was happy with my choices. The food came out quickly, hot, and fresh, and throughout the experience Harman’s positive energy stood out. They clearly care about their job and about giving customers a great experience.
What really impressed me was how Harman balanced efficiency with friendliness. Even though they were busy, they didn’t make me feel rushed. Instead, they took the time to connect with me in a small but meaningful way, which turned an ordinary stop for food into a genuinely enjoyable moment. Just picked up a frozen sweet cream root beer. Had two sips of it and had to throw it out. Tasted so strongly of cleaning chemicals. Staff was fantastic but very disappointed by this. To drive back there 10 minutes and waste my time to get a refund seems silly. Will think twice about going to this location

The Onion fry was not good. I had a feeling like it was fried on old oil, created a lot of gas inside stomach.
Just ordered 2 mozza burgers. Both were disgusting. Produce tasted rotten Fries were raw and uncooked also. Un eatable threw it all away
