Came in for a casual meal and it hit the spot. Pizza was good, service was quick, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Boston Pizza is always reliable when you’re not sure what you’re craving.

BP's ruined our New Year's Eve dining experience. Although the food was adequate, the dining experience was pathetic from the moment we walked in. We arrived at 6:00 PM and although busy we requested a booth but was told that none were available. As we were escorted to our table we noticed 4 available booths.. We were seated at a tabled near the washroom although many others were available. We moved ourselves to a more suitably table. We ordered drinks and an appetizer prior to our meal. As we waited our server convinced us to order our meals as the kitchen was backed up. We were assured that our appy was going to be served prior to our meal. In the interim we were ask to move to now an available booth to accommodate a very large group, so we did. Then both our appetizer and meal arrived. We told them of our disappointment and nothing was offered. So we ate our appetizer as a desert. Not the experience we wanted. Guess what, the back up kitchen caught up so we were blessed with an early meal we were told. What a joke! This is no doubt a take out establishment not dining.

Non-professional restaurant. Call and confirmed for seat for 9:15 PM on New Year eve. When we arrive on time they literally turned us away. Posting this right away infront of the restaurant.
They are not ready to check their call records. Never recommend Boston pizza Beaumont branch.

WOW!! Ive genuinely never had a better boston pizza experience. Thank you beaumont boston pizza, and especially thank you to Layla! She was the best waitress ive had ever in my entire life (im not exaggerating). She took her time to say orders back to us to make sure they were correct, and genuinely went the extra mile for us. So humble and kind, she deserves the best. Thank you again!

Everytime I order take out or skip the quality of my meal is TERRIBLE. From un-sauced wings, to now very clearly over cooked fish and chips. It does not take a rocket scientist to see that this fish is way over cooked. Will not be ordering from here anytime soon.

order a pizza with LIGHT cheese, got extra cheese. Also order a sandwich that doesnt have onion on it; and received onion. I know the turnover rate for employment is horrible but please double check the orders you’re sending out.
