Everytime I order take out or skip the quality of my meal is TERRIBLE. From un-sauced wings, to now very clearly over cooked fish and chips. It does not take a rocket scientist to see that this fish is way over cooked. Will not be ordering from here anytime soon.

order a pizza with LIGHT cheese, got extra cheese. Also order a sandwich that doesnt have onion on it; and received onion. I know the turnover rate for employment is horrible but please double check the orders you’re sending out.

Visit BP on Friday 17th October evening around 10pm, when we were dining and received dirty cutleries with dry food & dirty water stains (wrapped with BP paper tissue), even ask the server to change and she bought new ones and those were also same (dirty water stains), the most disappointing part was server explained us that we don't polish cutleries- we can't expect from these kind of unhygienic cutleries from a very well known restaurant chain in canada. A genuine advise if the management don't look this matter seriously then you will soon loose your regular customers and reputation of the brand. I hope you will take this comment for improvement in hygiene and next time we vist we will see changes.

Terrible. I came in to watch an oiler game staff continued to harass me asking me if I wanted more drinks. I politely declined as I was trying to focus on the game. Then I wanted to pay and was ignored for 30 minutes while everyone around me was served. Disgusting behavior, ignore this place if you are just trying to watch an oiler game peacefully.

Ordered a meat lovers with extra sauce. Unfortunately the crust was not cooked, very doughy, and hardly any sauce, and cheese was runny, not right. Can’t finish the pizza it’s that gross. Boston pizza is usually our favorite, which is why we did even though it’s the most expensive in town.

Took my son for his birthday dinner and the waitress screwed up half the order. The rest of the food was sub-par as the bun was stale and the burger patty was super thin and dry. Manager came over and re-took our order but there was no effort to make it right like most restaurants do with a comped meal or a free dessert. Super disappointing and won't be returning.

I don’t normally post reviews but my experience at Boston Pizza Beaumont was frustrating enough to warrant it. The food was fine standard BP quality but the management was absolutely horrible. From the moment we walked in, it felt like the staff were overwhelmed and unsupported. Our server was never seen only served by the manager. Who was very dis pleasant Long waits, confusion with orders, and zero accountability when mistakes were brought up. What really pushed me to write this review was the dismissive attitude from management when we tried to address the issues. Instead of listening or trying to make things right, we were met with indifference and borderline rudeness. No apology, no solution—just a shrug and blame pushed onto the staff. Completely unprofessional. It’s a shame because this location could be great with better leadership. Until then, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to others. There are plenty of restaurants in Beaumont that value their customers and treat them with respect—sadly, this isn’t one of them.

Truly disgusting pizza. Also when does a takeout place put their own tip of 20% on your order before you are even handed POS machine? Not to mention their pizza sauce is awful. Will never order from there again. Very disappointing.

45 minutes for a burger with a dried out bun. Both my wife and myself had a burger with the same experience. It's a thursday night, food ordered by 6:15 food brought out at 7:05. Brioche bun crumbled in hand and took away the experience of eating that burger. We eat here often at least 2-3 times a month and it seems like thursday chefs are not that great.
