This is the only Dairy Queen that I have ever went to that wants to shaft you on sauces, fries and dips. What a truly disappointing place. Be prepared to spend another half a meal worth to get everything with your order that should have COME with the order

very cheep place. they give u a bit of food, those Asians are mean, and very very slow, I've been on the drive thru for 22 minutes, even though there were 2 cars in front of me, that almost got nothing, very bad

Ordered 4 burgers asked for extra pickles and onions on all 4, they charge me for the extra pickles and onions for each burger, and they did not put extra on any one, I spoke with them they don't care, this isn't the first time I have had a problem there I will never go there again

was there yesterday to buy a ice cream cake was first in line girl ran to help and flirt with the skip the dishes guy while i stood there clearly before his arrival hire some staff that are responsible lost a sale and any further sales

Exceptional service, I went there to get ice cream with a discount code that was active and I had taken a screenshot of it. Thankfully, I was told that they didn't accept screenshots despite the fact that it was an active code and wouldn't even try to put it in their system to check if it was working. Even after I was told that they've taken screenshots before, they decided to stop because they needed to see a countdown, and they refused to put in the code so that they could see the countdown. Big appreciation for their efforts.

Called today for a last minute birthday cake. Did it over the phone with only a few hours notice. I told the lady over the phone that I wanted the cake to read “happy 14th Pax” I even said “P as in Peter, A as in Apple, X as in Xray” what we got was “Happy 14th Birthday Tax” Why the 5 star review? Because they had the exact cake I needed, they were super awesome on the phone and when we picked up the cake. The fact that her name was spelled wrong just added to her awesome birthday! We got a kick out of it and many laughs. Now she has a new nickname. Our little tax deductible ? thanks so much DQ. You are always awesome in our books

Only car in the drive through waited almost 10 mins for a chicken strip meal came to almost 20 $ and I asked for sweet and sour sauce instead of ranch and the women said no the honey BBQ only comes with ranch. For that price what a joke will not be going back again.
