Only car in the drive through waited almost 10 mins for a chicken strip meal came to almost 20 $ and I asked for sweet and sour sauce instead of ranch and the women said no the honey BBQ only comes with ranch. For that price what a joke will not be going back again.

$7 dollars for a small blizzard that we wanted banana split flavored, we were told they no longer offer that and only sell it as an actual banana split. If you have the ingredients right there why not serve the customer, I ended up saving money by going somewhere else and buying 2 liters of ice cream and toppings.

I hadn’t been to Dairy Queen in ages so decided to go inside the restaurant to order takeout and had my 2 young sons with me. They were patient with my indecisiveness lol & patient with my tiny one exploring. Once the food was ready they quickly offered to help when they saw I had my hands full and even carried my food to my car which was so insanely kind. After driving off I noticed I forgot a sundae and when I turned around they were already standing at the door to run it out. The customer service was so amazing I wish I gotten the ladies name. But front counter worker on January 31st around 11, was amazing. And food hot, fresh and delicious ◡̈

This place is a joke. Terrible customer service. Managers should not be yelling at customers. Stop treating people like they’re trying to scam you with the DQ rewards app. Also, consider updating your POS system so barcodes can be scanned and mobile orders can be processed.

Dairy Queen Beaumont continues to disappoint time and time again. Even after repeating back the order 3 time they got it wrong…amplified by the fact we were 1 of two people there…amplified by ‘ok’ food quality…amplified by not being a cheap burger joint. In other words…empty restaurant…20min for food…overpriced…and it’s wrong.
There has been multiple occasions where I’ve waited over 20 minutes to get my food, sometimes when the place is barely even busy. I get things can be tough but there are ways to change this and help it. More effort needs to be made to make it more efficient. The only reason I keep coming back is because I love the food, but even now I’m starting to question weather it’s worth it.

Another retail store that doesn't train for customer service. We walked up to the front door and an employee came to lock the door and told us they just closed. The drive through is still open so the machines are still running and there's a till open, so how difficult would it have been to let us in, lock the door behind us, process our order and then us out?This isn't how you retain customers.
