Love everything about this location. Been a regular customer for 10 years now. I enjoy sitting and chatting with the staff. I'll read my book and enjoy some sushi. Their teriyaki bowls are amazing and the bubble tea is a delight. I look forward to my meals from this location. 5 out of 5.

On top of that this particular franchise if you order extra beef, they do not give you extra beef. They skim out on all the vegetables they do not weigh out they give you less than half a scoop of beef even if you pay for extra they give you the regular amount at any other edo franchise
Anyone had bad experiences with edo? I dont know why this upset me to a point i was in tears. I broke my wrist earlier this week and did my groceries at sobeys (i dont have a car right now) so i lugged in all my groceries into the edo i didn’t have a big enough bag so if i put them on the floor all my groceries would all spill out i was carrying stuff under my arm and visibly struggling. I ordered my food at edo to go and asked the worker if he could put it in a to go bag, he pointed at the bags and said they’re there. I walk forward tried to and couldn’t and asked if u could have a bag he mire loudly pointed and said yes they are there and i said could u help me put my order in a bag. He rolled his eyes slung my food into the bag and did the meme with both his hands laid out infront of him towards it like “see what that so hard” and said that was so hard rolled his eyes. I said “you’re really mean” he yelled excuse me? I told u bags right there ur lazy. I said “you can see im struggling to carry everything and if i put it down its falling out of the bags, u can visibly see my wrist is in a cast, and I had also ordered it to go. I usually like edo ive never had a problem this male worker acted like i was an annoyace to even make him cook or take my order.

This has to be my favourite edo to go to, the customer service is amazing, the staff are always so friendly and make sure orders are done right and finished quickly!
