While I enjoyed myself here, the end of the night when I had to pay leaves a lot of room for improvement. I have never experienced only being able to pay your bill when your server is available. There was a person taking payments and yet she couldn't cash out my tab. It took about 30 minutes of me waiting at the bar for the other gentleman to finish taking other people's orders, then cash out other people before he got to me. Service would go alot quicker to turn around tables if any bar staff could cash out any customer.

I ordered veal cutlets with mashed potatoes and gravy. I got veal parm and cold potatoes. I told the waitress and she took the potatoes back. Then when she brought them back to me they had heated them up by throwing them on the grill so I got crusty mashed potatoes but they had left the gravy so I had cold gravy to put on gross mashed potatoes. Worst meal I have ever had. And no offer of a discount on something I couldn’t eat.
Great food in a local pub. It could however, use a bit of a facelift. But good food at reasonable prices is hard to find.

My friends and I was there for karouke night. We selected songs but tge table infront of bar , they were the ones being called up all night, while everyone else didn't. Some of our friends left. We will not go back there. Karouke is not for one group of people . Also one young girl went up and was just annoying screaming in the Mike totally blaring in our ears it was horrible .The microphone should of turn down. Our group of 10 will not go back. It's favoritism.

The owners’ brother is going to loose him business. It should be a prerequisite that the workers know how the value contained in Canadian denominations work like a nickel is five cents and four quarters equals a dollar etc. Very awkward, had to explain how to mix our drinks, said we wanted a medium sized pizza twice and then he came back a third time to verify size. Asked for the bill and he just stared at us till we asked again to pay. Didn’t understand we wanted the pizza to go. Felt bad for the girl trying to “train” him. She was lovely, upbeat and gave 100% effort. She carried his weight and deserves a raise in pay! Food was great.
