It has taken me a long time to want to try chinese from another restaurant. I absolutely love chan can wok on ellerslie rd, in Rutherford. I've been craving it and really haven't wanted to drive all the way over there. I looked through what we have in Beaumont, and the reviews on this place really don't lie! We ordered a #2, two #3s, beef and broccoli, and 2 green onion cakes. Everything was awesome. The chicken fried rice was dry, but they added more than enough sauce for the sweet and sour chicken balls. So you really won't notice it. The lady on the phone was very friendly, straight to the point. Ready in 25 minutes. When I came in to pay, the guy was super friendly also. Great environment. I definitely recommend this place!

Ok ok. Everyone always asks where’s the best Chinese food? Look no further. But call ahead… Like the day before . Don’t expect to get this experience easily. We’re blessed to have this here in Beaumont. i’ve ordered from here more than a multiple of times, always calling the day before. The order is correct and on time for pick up! The portions and prices are on point, lots of left over. Insider info. I drop my child off at daycare in the same parking lot. I watch, see the produce and product going in. They do the work, and you can taste it in their dishes. You have to be early and well planned to catch this experience. Great job Golden place. I would love to see you expand to a bigger space here in Beaumont and do a breakfast and buffet lunch. Great food and establishment.

We love this place! The food is good and exactly what you want when you are craving Chinese food. The portions are very generous and feed our family well. If I could give more than 5 stars for service, I would. Even though we've only had pick up and delivery, the staff is beyond friendly, including over the phone, the delivery person, and the front counter staff. It's such a refreshing change from so many other places. We will keep coming back. We've only had take out and delivery so can't speak to the atmosphere.

Great Chinese, decided to try on Friday night and wasn't disappointed. Very fresh tasting and not greasy/oily like some places.
Food was awesome and the staff were so friendly! We ordered at the store and sat to wait, so the guy at the counter made awesome conversation. Don't travel through Beaumont very often but I'll definitely stop here again!

The best chinese food I have had in Alberta for over 15 years (since I was a kid). All real food, flavours and colours. All Chinese food places now a days are just everything slathered in sauce with fake colours and teriyaki sauce. Not here. It’s a great little family owned restaurant and the owners are always so nice. We ordered for 10 people and asked to have it ready by 6pm. We were driving in from Edmonton and got a call right at 6 o’clock letting us know it was ready for pickup :). Prices are good, portions are great and it’s always quality. 10/10 experience every time and even the picky kids went back for 3rds! Try the rainbow chowmein, ginger beef and the lemon chicken is exquisite.

Went in and was welcomed warmly. The food options are plenty and well worth the money. The staff were kind, and the food was over the top amazing!!!
There is also children's seating if you want to bring the little one for a little treat.
Very wonderful place, and they know how to help make decisions on the nights you don't feel up for it!

Chinese food in Edmonton is generally not that great ….. this place in Beaumont is the exact opposite….. great portions…. Really tastey …the prices have gone up a little over the past couple of years … but hard to blame the place . So have everything else . Give it a try …. You might be very surprised!!!!!
