I went to McDonald’s at 4:00 AM expecting the bare minimum—food. You know, the thing you advertise being available “24/7.” Instead, I was met with locked doors, zero explanation, and staff who clearly had no intention of serving anyone. If you’re going to plaster “open 24 hours” all over your branding, maybe try actually being open 24 hours.
There was no sign, no apology, no accountability—just a completely wasted trip. It’s unbelievably frustrating to show up hungry in the middle of the night, relying on the consistency you claim to provide, only to be turned away like it’s an inconvenience to do your job. If you can’t handle operating at 4 AM, then stop pretending you can. Change your hours. Be honest. Do something other than mislead customers.
The lack of professionalism is astounding. Fast food is supposed to be about reliability and convenience, and this was neither. When a global corporation can’t manage basic communication about its operating hours, it says a lot about how little it values the people keeping it in business.
If this is how you treat customers, maybe you shouldn’t be open at all. Close the location if you can’t run it properly. Stop wasting people’s time, stop making false claims about being open, and start taking responsibility.

The owner of this store needs to remove the shrub in the drive thru right at the bend of the drive thru before someone sues him/her as someone can very easily scratch the paint on there vehicle due to her growth into the drive lane.

There was posters of john pork all over the playplace! I just wanted to take my kids for a happy meal and john pork was there!!! 5 stars tho i kinda liked it

While the service is fast it seems because the just dont care. The last 3 times I have been there there have been order issues or missing sauces. This time there was no sauce no straws no napkins. Its a pretty simple thing to add and was once mandatory for every order bag. With prices constantly increasing these simple things shouldnt be an issue. I understand its fast food but I feel more and more of these places are just going down hill.

Ordered via the app. They were very prompt to prepare my ice cream cone but it was a little melted by the time I arrived at the window to receive it. Not sure if there is a solution for that?

Every time I go to this location, something is either missing or incorrect. The pop is soooo tasteless. I can't even go back. I feel like they either do not clean their machines or gave me pop that was sitting out for a while. I am done wasting my money here.
