I’m a regular customer and recently had a very disappointing experience at one of your locations. The manager/owner was extremely rude and unprofessional when I tried to redeem an offer sent to me through your rewards program. He said he allowed it this time but may decline it in the future, which makes no sense if points are being offered by Papa John's. More importantly, his tone and behavior were completely disrespectful. It seemed he was frustrated due to being short-staffed, but that’s no excuse for mistreating customers.
Please look into this issue. No customer should be spoken to this way.

Terrible experience, the driver was rude when he delivered and when we called the store to talk to them about the hard stale pizza they hung up on us. Never again ordering here, Beaumont location is the worst for service.

I ordered 4 pizzas. They came late, and what I ordered did not show up. So I complained to the driver. He told me that he could order another one but I would have to pay for it. I declined. We took it in and started to eat it. It was probably the worst pizza I've had.. It was stale and hard. I've ordered pizza from there before and have never had a problem. So I called. The employee who answered hung up on me. He then called me back and offered me a credit. I told him I didn't want it, I wanted a refund. I asked for the manager and he told me they would call me back. After 15 minute, I went in. The manager was the same man who delivered it and he was very rude. I told him my complaints. He told me he would not refund me for any of it. I could complain to corporate, but that was it. I'm livid. Just a word of caution. Their business practices and customer service is terrible.

Food was delicious, the counter worker aided me in the correct sizes of pizzas i needed for the amount I was needed and offered great conversation while waiting for the pizzas to bake.

Ordered 2 medium two topper pizzas on Friday for dinner with the family. The quality of the food was very bad. Toppings were minimal and the worst part was the crust. It tasted like it was a few days old very dry and stale. Frozen pizza would have been better and cheaper. Will not be going back again.
