We have ordered more than a few times for this honest review. Never once have they got it right. Online,call ect… they mess it up. We’re done here. So under cooked at times. Wrong crusts selection. Late deliveries or just confusing…. Except an error. I do like that they tried to resolve but for us it’s been the same. We’re trying something else

20 min past our scheduled delivery time when I'm finally able to get through on the phone I'm told..."I'm sorry it happens". The status has been out for delivery for 25 min. I could drive from one corner of Beaumont to the other and back again in this amount of time.

Ordered pizza and wings for delivery. The driver was having a difficult time finding the address as we are just outside Beaumont. He was alittle frustrated as I understand. I contacted the restaurant and said the delivery was over an hour now and I didn't feel I should pay for cold food. I ended up not paying for my cold pizza. The driver was apologetic, which I thought was wonderful. Thank you pizza hut for stepping up! And thank you to the driver!
