The level of customer service at this store is horrible. There is no sense of urgency. I just waited 20 mins inside for a coffee. No one acknowledges you, says hi or explains why you’re waiting 10 mins with no one in line for them to take the order. Half the time they can’t even get your order right. Don’t waste your time at this location.

This place is always closed. they consistently close the drive through 30 minutes- an hour before the posted closing time on google and sometimes i see them leaving at 7 pm.

Ordered the matcha protein latte and it was disgusting. It had chunks of foam I couldn’t even drink. It wouldn’t even come out of the lid opening, that’s how thick the whole drink was.

Shoutout to this Starbucks location for saving the day! I originally ordered my drink at another store and it was made incorrectly. I came here to see if they could help — and not only did they remake it, they got it exactly right, no questions asked. Super kind and professional staff who really turned my day around. Thank you for the great service and for getting my order spot on!

This is to a certain individual that just left the poor review (people’s advocate) for one you hide behind a title, I am going to take a guess at your frustration, you were upset because they were out of a certain ingredient or possibly food or drink and instead of understanding the process and procedures you decided to take out your frustration on the person at the window, who was I am guessing more than respectable but you being the entitled person you are decided to be rude, disrespectful and out right belligerent, the partners in the Starbucks chain do not make the rules, they do not decide on where the products come from so instead of being rude and disrespectful show some respect for the people that serve you your morning coffee, and if you really truly don’t like the Starbucks way then by all means there is a MacDonald’s and a Tim Horton’s across the parking lot……. Oh but wait this is more of a status thing for you I bet, so you can walk in and show everyone you drink a $8.00 coffee everyday.

And one other thing I bet you are the type of person that has the US app installed and you try and get the people at Starbucks to honour the deals from the US here in Canada?? I actually don’t have to guess cause I already know because you are that type of person.

Just so you know I was in the store when you came in and you were rude to the people in the Starbucks who were not rude and were more than accommodating but asked you to leave once you became hostile and rude. Just remember you get treated the way you treat others..
I truly hope you had an amazing day yesterday cause I am sure you did your part in making those hard working people in Starbucks feel extremely special.

My favorite starbucks around. Staff is always friendly, always working quickly to get my order fast. Its a great atmosphere, and Ainsley made a perfect latte. Always a great experience there.

I usually go to this Starbucks in the morning with my mother, and one of the employees there named Meg, is always welcoming and positive. Today, Monday 24th, I went there and they messed up my order. I asked them nicely to fix it, and the girl who was working that afternoon, Molly (Holly maybe? Didn’t see the name that well) gave me a rude and annoyed facial expression, as if I was asking for too much and it wasn’t her job to look at the label and give me the proper order. I have never had a good experience with that worker Molly. But the employee Meg who works in the mornings is a delight!
