Starbucks Beaumont has been my favourite location for years. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and I've always had exceptional drinks. Occasionally I'll pick something up from a store in the city, and it'll just be a bit weird. Starbucks Beaumont is like coming home.

Staff was friendly, order was quick. Excellent experince as per usual. Some of you other restraunts/ cafes should take notes on how to serve customers. A cheerful smile goes a long way . Starbies is always consitent on their service and i respect that.

We stopped going to this location for a while and forgot why. We went today and remembered, we sat 15 minutes in the drive thru to get our cold coffees @$6/cup.

People who sit on their butt in their cars or order online will get served well ahead of any people who come in to orderWaited 10 minute for a while they filled over a dozen online orders (that nobody picked up) …and at least 5 drive thru orders …..ram out of time… never did get my order….. no refund offered

We visit Beaumont Starbucks regularly and always receive great service. Recently we were served by Hailey and I have to commend her for her exceptional service. She worked hard to be efficient in getting us our order quickly and making sure it was correct. Going the extra mile to be warm and friendly, especially when you were busy definitely did not go unnoticed. Thank you!!

I would 0 stars if possible.We visit this store everyday. First if we have 4 food items you are supposed to give a bag and if not i have no issues in asking for it but #HAILEY or whatever her name is, is making faces like i asked her to do something which is not a part of your job.Secondly i asked for sriracha and with the worst attitude you can have she said ask for it beforehand. Why should it matter if i asked beforehand or after.If you are not happy with your job then leave your job.Thats how you deal with your regular customers whom you see every morning.Arrogant customer at it's peak.Then she had the audacity to tell me that she doesnt work everyday even though she knows we see her everyday.How stupid can you be.

Mikayla and Alexa if I am getting their names right, are absolutely amazing. Sweetest and most understanding girls. When I was having trouble with my bank and I was unable to pay, Alexa gave me my drink on the house because it was already made and wished me well on the way to the bank to fix the problem I didn't know I had with my bank account. Mikayla is sweet and accommodating, best experience at this starbucks, and thank you girls for your amazing service!
