This is one of the best Subway locations in Beaumont, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They always try to brighten your day and always have a smile on their faces. It's a very pleasant place to eat, especially if you're at work and need a lunch break. And a superb detail is that the restrooms are very clean. It's everyone's responsibility to keep them that way. Thank you so much for your service, and congratulations to this branch.

The girl named Jasriya has zero manners and way too much attitude. She clearly doesn’t know how to talk to customers and was laughing like it’s some kind of joke while serving. The customer service was absolutely pathetic, and the sandwich was made in the messiest way possible. If this is the kind of staff Subway hires, no wonder the service keeps getting worse. Totally disgusting experience.

Went to subway to grab a bit customer service was utter trash no greeting no nothing, come time to order the 2 girls were laughing distracted, talking in another language mocking my order. Very rude and disrespectful. Get better employees geez.

I had an amazing experience at Subway today! The food was fresh and delicious, but what truly made my visit exceptional was the outstanding service from Manpreet. She was friendly, attentive, and made my sandwich with so much care and professionalism. It’s rare to see someone who takes such pride in their work, and it really showed in the quality of service I received.

I visited the place and there were no greeting and the girl named namneet was so rude and pathetic at her customer service and even most of the time i come on weekends the other 2 girls are always on there phone and not interested in taking customers. Not visiting again.

This subway nothing is fresh. The bread tastes hard and stale every single time the veggies are always so old which makes the sub soggy. You can tell they dont care about anything .
You are the only subway in beaumont dosnt mean you serve people trash . I can eat subway from anywhere it tastes so good hut this location.

What kind of backward mentality is this?!

Walked into this Subway to grab a sandwich, and the Punjabi lady behind the counter had the audacity to ask me if I was here to pick up an Uber order before I was actually about to order. Really? Just because I’m brown?

What the hell kind of mindset is that? Are we seriously still stuck in this outdated, judgmental, low-IQ thinking, especially from our own community? I’m a paying customer, not your damn stereotype. It’s pathetic when your own people try to box you into some cliché just because it’s all they’ve seen around them.

If you’re behind the counter, at least learn some basic respect. Keep your assumptions and ignorance to yourself. You’re not doing your job by profiling customers like some small-minded fool.

Absolutely disgusting attitude. Trash service. Never coming back. Subway Canada, train your damn staff to use their brains before their mouths.

We recently ordered 4 footlong nachos but tray was unavailable so we told them just give us in a take out bowl …what we were told is “you will be charged for bowls & when we told them it does not make sense she replied”its not my store & its not my headache ..its my owner responsibility“Unfortunately, no effort was made and no customer service was shown to address the issue .
There was no alternative offered, and no proactive resolution provided. This experience left me disappointed and feeling undervalued as a customer.This was not expected from subway at all.
It would be helpful if the company improved its communication and took steps to prioritize customer care, especially when issues like this arise.
