I should have read the reviews before coming here! Food is old and not fresh check. Staff rushed and not friendly looking like they hate life check. Very small portions of everything they put on the sandwich check. This is probably the worst subway I’ve been to in the last 15 years! Stay away!

I used to love this subway. People were friendly and kind, service was great. It has really gone downhill- my last few visits have been awful- the 2 women working behind the counter were beyond rude- rolling their eyes, making strange comments. We felt like an inconvenience being there. This was Saturday evening, we purchased 6 foot long subs. There was no one else in the store

Went in for some sub to take out and the attitude of the 1 young lady behind the counter was ridiculous . Eye rolls and attitude and we have never had to repeat our order 3 times. No one else was in the store other then 1 lady on break and 2 behind the count myself and my husband. If this is how the staff acts I will go elsewhere from now on.
Very unhappy customer. We were in at 4pm and order 3 ft Long subs. ????

Food is always good. The ladies that work there are always friendly and nice. I have a specific order and they are very helpful when I’m in. I’ve seen some customers come in act very rudely and they are still quite professional. I will say that I questioned why they were charging a ‘bag fee’ when it’s an Edmonton bylaw, not a Beaumont bylaw and the ladies told me to talk to the owner.

recently visited a Subway location and had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff were exceptionally rude and unkind, showing no regard for basic customer service. They seemed uninterested in helping and were dismissive when I had questions about the menu. The lack of professionalism and courtesy made the visit uncomfortable and unpleasant. I won't be returning to this location and would advise others to seek a more respectful service elsewhere.
Was just here again Jass and the girls are always super friendly and accommodating with any requests. A definite go to for our family when we want to eat in or take out.

Her attention to detail and focus on customer service are commendable. Previously, we faced issues when our orders weren’t made according to specifications, but Manjot ensures that everything is perfect.
