The staff were super friendly and they made the drinks right in front of us. It was cool to watch them carefully put it all together. They had patience with me and my friend as we took a while to decide what we wanted to order. There wasn't a place to sit and hangout, but the atmosphere was really nice and the decorations give a nice vibe to the place.

Absolutely horrible, the pearls are soggy and slimy don’t even taste right. When I got my order both drinks were warm and felt like they were made lazy and gross. The server was also not wearing any gloves. The place is a waste of money don’t go.

We love this place as its very close to our office. The drink are super and amazing.The staff is very friendly and they did cater for our company summer event.My favourite is their pink passion and brown sugar milk tea.I love the couches they have as I can take my work there and enjoy mu drink too.The owner lady is super friendly and have a slice of pizza for lunch as i was working from there.

I wish i could rate them an absolute Zero. This place needs to be thoroughly investigated for sanitary practices.Got our order completely wrong the first time, and the second time we got it partially correct. Our bubble tea was nothing but water - there was ZERO taste. Also I don’t understand, if there’s a language barrier for the employee, it should be the owner’s responsibility to at least provide accommodations to them as needed, so they can fix their acts and avoid disappointing customers every single day. And there’s just one person running the entire store, that too somebody that doesn’t know how to prepare things on their menu - which answers why he asks for 30 minutes per order he receives.
Absolutely awful, don’t bother. Made us wait for so long only to get the order wrong, there was barely any staff working. They don’t even have proper clean straws.

Worst bubble tea I ever had. I don't usually write reviews but I was very disappointed. Tapioca was not jelly like and they hardly gave can in my cup. Taro tea was way too sweet.

Ordered mixed fruit bubble waffle - I took the first bite and I knew I made the right choice!! Appropriate sweet level which my kid and I enjoyed. Definitely coming back all summer with with my family. Gentle staff and quick service too.
