This evening, I went to get food. I ordered two ice caps and employee hand over me, food bag and two ice caps and there was no straw in the bag.So I had to drove up again in line just to get straws. When I ask her there is no straw in the bag of food.Employee talked so rude to me that We hand straw to people and don’t put in the bag. She was talking very rude and said its not her fault that she didn’t add straw in the bag.To Managers @ Beaumont 50st Tims , please let me know this is what you teach your employees. If so, we will not be there ever again.Worst employee specially that girl, woking at 4:30 pm @ drive-thru.Very poor serviceZero percent recomended

I ordered 2 fudge brownie lattes and 1 coffee through the drive thru. I went to pay and the south asian indian lady very rudely said 3 coffees i said no 2 fudge brownie lattes and 1 coffee, she closed the window on me and returned to me and said 3 coffees i said no , she then repeatedly said $12.50 , i just got frustrsted and paid then another team lady came and gave me 2 other cups which again werent my order. Im so annoyed with the customer service and constant wrong order.

This morning my nephew picked up coffee for my wife and I ,same order every time. Her lg coffee 1 1/2 cream was ?x cream with sugar, mine was great. I felt bad for her so I went to the same 50th Tim's and got her another. Wouldn't you know it, sugar again. First world problems I know but 2x in 30 minutes .Ugh.. I know it's busy but please try harder.Thanks.

Worst experience ever. today I spent $20 on 2 drinks and 2 wraps. Ordered Vanilla Ice coffee and One ice coffee with less cane syrup. the coffee was old and there was no ice in the ice coffee. The coffee was warm instead and it tasted so stale as if it was taken out of fridge. I asked them to add more ice and asked them to which one was the vanilla ice coffee and which is the other. the girl working on the window said “I don’t know which one is which”. Not only the coffees the food was uncooked too. the crispy chicken wrap was not even grilled and the chicken was out of the wrap. There is no quality in their food. It has been serval times that their food and drinks were absolutely wasteful. The employees do not take accountability for service and it is not worth the money at all. The employees are not trained at all and there is no thing like customer service.

As most parents know, a morning coffee can be something to look forward to. Unfortunately this is the 3rd time in a row I have gotten a coffee from the drive through and it’s been swamp water. I may like my coffee super sweet ordering a triple triple, but the staff doesn’t even know what that is. I got my coffee, took my kids to school, zipped home and took my first sip, low and behold, it takes like warm water. Awesome. Thanks again for my waste of money. I try to avoid $5 Starbucks, but at least they know what coffee is. Just to reiterate, THIRD time in a row my coffee has been water. Terrible

Just ordered a chicken wrap at the drive through today. Within 20 minutes of eating, my stomach started to churn and I’ve felt unwell since. I normally order the crispy chicken but they had run out. This chicken was shredded and had the same consistency as tuna salad. It didn’t even taste great. I should’ve stopped after the first bite. I used to love Tim’s but this is likely the last time I’ll have one of their wraps.
