Very tasty, decent portion sizes, good value. Had friendly service and restaurant was clean, warm and inviting. Loved the complimentary chai tea, and thought the table with kids books was a nice touch. We'll definitely come again!

Only one staff working. She was fine Took almost 30 min for our order. Got home. Chicken Shawarma looks like dog food. I have never in my life seen it plated like this. Disgusting, Dry, flavourless. Falafel was basically dry little pucks. Heard the microwave going multiple times when there.
Waste of money. Won’t be back.

Ordered a chicken donair through Uber Eats after a busy Halloween. The chicken was full of tendons therefore chewy, overcooked and pretty bland: almost like the chicken was poached.
I paid for extra sauce with both garlic and sweet. Both were bland, and quantity definitely lacking, considering I paid extra. The wrap was dry.
The wrap was also very greasy.
Not the worst donair I've ever had, but definitely will not be back.
Disappointed, no cheese on donair chicken is dry, not enough veggies on donair

Was so excited to eat my shawarma since I’ve been so busy. It was supposed to be my first meal of the day and wanted to eat before my next appointment and found a hair in my shawarma. Extremely disappointed. Now I have to wait 2 hours until I have time to look for food. Hair nets need to be a thing here and no talking over my food while preparing it.

Decided to go back after terrible customer service last year. Well the service was much better however the portion sizes are much smaller. Used to buy a jumbo and make two meals out of it. Still hungry after eating the jumbo today and cause it was so small they put half the wrapper inside my Donair I was picking foil out of my teeth.. Taste was ok, meat was kinda dry and burned. Ain't going back unless I have a coupon or something.
