All the ladies I've interacted with have been fantastic. The young men, say 21 or less, no issue. The fella with the less than gifted level speaking ability decided to chastise me for having the audacity to, wait for it....add more purchases to my order ....I looked at the speaker, turned to my teen son, started ro ask my son who was dying inside trying not to explode laughing at the absurdity of it which the Fella decided to raise his voice even further, more aggressively and IDK how to describe it but as though I Was 5 in a foreign land attempting to buy something verboten and he was the FSB who caught me ? It was a mid afternoon Sunday. I .Was. THE. ONLY. CUSTOMER. Full stop. In store, drive thru. Not even a DoorvDash guy was around. I pulled up and advised him he should reconsider his tone in a calm, measured tone while smiling but my eyes were likely showing full send because he flipped the switch to tripping on himself ..ok, fine. We all have days. I am more polite when someone else is feeding me than likely anywhere I go. Have you seen ' Waiting '? Ok cool....keep 'er movin' , bygones...only to have the Mama's boy that I would bet EVERYTHING never misses a shot to look at himself in a mirror/day Manager with the sad teen like beard (and weighing in at what is likely a well tuned 144 Lbs lethal weapon i am sure) Mad Dogging me. At that point my kids just started all but peeing themselves. IDK, most bizarre 3.5 mins of my almost 50 years of Culinary adventures .

I have given them multiple tries and each time it gets worse and worse. You stand there forever waiting to order and even after they say oh one moment they go to the back and then come up and take a drive thru order first. Then you wait forever for a burger. Their pop machine is always out of a lot of flavours. Tonight it ran out of one half way through the pour. Tonight he also handed me the bag and said have a good night and I had to ask where my JBC was. There’s never any soap in the bathrooms.

Not very clean interior. No soap in the bathrooms. Messed up my burger then when I asked they just shrugged. For a new wendys this is crazy.

My nephew and I decided to go order inside because I needed to use the bathroom. One toilet was locked with the lights out and the other two were absolutely disgusting. I’ve seen much cleaner squat toilets in Asia. There was urine everywhere and neither bathroom had soap — gross. I refused to order food there but my nephew ordered a burger and he could barely choke it down. It had wayyyy too much ketchup on it. This Wendy’s needs some quality control. It wasn’t busy when we stopped by, there wasn’t a single other person inside. There’s no excuse for the shocking state of this restaurant.
