A&W is the kids favourite place so we have eaten at many throughout Alberta. The Diamond Valley Location is ALWAYS clean, the food is hot and fresh no matter what time of day. The staff are friendly and kind, patient when the kids want to try and order or pay. At least 1/4 of us has been sick after eating at one A&W location or another but despite 50ish visits since this location opened we have never been sick.
Despite being a chain restaurant the Diamond Valley location sets a bar unmatched by any other in our location.

Staff are good but delivery to table is appreciated. If you like we can stand around the counter until the order is ready and clog up the ordering area. Previously you delivered and we removed the empties, however this procedure could be reversed.

Was here this morning for breakfast. I often come for breakfast but this morning I asked for over easy and got hard. Hashbrown super greasy. Bacon was well over cooked. Ask for peanut butter and marmalade got 2 strawberry jam. Was hungry so ate my breakfast but may go somewhere else in the future like Timmy's

The fries are not very good anymore not like the used to be. Over cooked frozen fries won,t get them any business.

There was a weird hot sauce on the burger, the fries and onion rings were almost impossible to eat or enjoy they were extremely salty. So expensive!!
In the drive thru for nearly 20 minutes and not even at the window. Like when I worked fast food you'd be crazy to wait 5 minutes. Fix your drive thru times it's not hard

They over charged me and when I tried to call and discuss the transaction the number on the web site is not active and there is no number on the transaction record to get ahold of them. What a trouble way to do business avoid this business.

Over $30 for 2 burgers with frozen Pattie’s and 2 onion rings. There is a reason these places are empty. Better off to go to a real restaurant. The only positive is it was fast. But definitely not worth the money.

We went through drive thru and ordered food for our family of 5. They said we would have to wait 6 mins for our cheddar bacon uncle burger which is completely fine!! Then we waited probably 15 minutes and they brought our order. We get home and we are missing the burger…
This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. I understand it was a larger order although I would expect they double check the bags.
