Food is good. But the people on the phone cant take an order. And apparently forgot that hawaiian pizza comes with pineapple. And apparently getting a half/half, meat lovers/cheese is a reason to upcharge $4? I basically asked for half the toppings and got charged extra ?

This location opens at 11am, I placed an order the night before for pickup at 11:15am the next day. The staff were super accommodating, polite and helpful. I arrive a few min early the day of, 8 pizzas were ready right on time and we were offered a free cookie. Staff are awesome at this location. Good job Pizza Hut Black

Tried to redeem buy one get one code from the website that is “in store only”, ordered one meat lovers and one chicken bbq, but they wanted to up charge me for anything other than a plain cheese pizza for the second one…. I relented to just get the pizza home to the family paid the extra 15$ to get the pizza I wanted so in fact was not buy one get one, only to get home to a bbq chicken and a plain cheese pizza…. Phones down to the store where the employees refused to help as they “can’t do anything in their system”

Customer service has been great with my experiences, a mistake was made and corrected with ease.
Placed my order this morning. Almost immediately got a call saying the fryer was not working and it would take longer to cook the food. I have no problem with this, because sometimes things just break. I appreciate the service that I got informing me it would take a little bit longer to cook. When I got there to pay the food, I forgot to leave a tip. Apologies for that.I don't really judge a businesses atmosphere unless I am there to eat in, which I didn't. That is the reason I only gave 3 for atmosphere.
