Waited for what seemed to be quite a while (3 minutes probably). Not once were we acknowledged. Finally got served, after the drive through was empty. The staff looked pissed off at the world and seemed to genuinely hate their employment choice.
Probably will not return again. Second chances have all been used up. Would recommend going to Black Sheep Coffeee or the Westwood in town. Both local and definitely better service and product.

I just wanted to say Kim who works at the Tim Horton's in Black Diamond is the absolute best at what she does over here... She makes the best most fresh Latte's and Cappuccino's in the province of Alberta and I can't even go to Starbuck's anymore as they do not compare to Kim's fresh ones that she makes over here!!!! She always greets me with a big smile, is always so friendly, makes me feel like family, is always interested in how I am doing and always makes sure I get the best experience when I am here!!!! She is also very knowledgeable on any nre products and always has suggestions for me when I am ready to try something new to eat!!!! She really is the face of this location and I will only come here when she is on shift!!!! I can't even go to any other Tim Hortons because I do not same experience or the same freshness of my cappuccinos and lattes anywhere else and that is because Kim makes everything fresh which is absolutely appreciated and I didn't know cappuccino's latte's could taste so amazing I met Kim here at the Tim Horton's over here in Black Diamond!!!! If anybody is looking for great service and a great experience at a Tim Hortons franchise location I recommend coming down here to Black diamond, it's worth the drive!!!!

this place is horrible. my boyfriend and i waited in line for 20 minutes in the drive thru, got stuck and almost caused an accident backing up into someone because of the ungodly amount of ice chunks on the pavement. all for us to get a farmers wrap that was the wrong kind with egg shells. my boyfriend almost threw up due to your mistake of a company. a photo will be inserted below. a waste of time and money. wish i could give this place 0 stars.

It's been pretty good for awhile but recently went in and the cashier didn't say one wood to me the guy bringing the coffee looked angry and didn't even tell me what coffees were mine or wich was wich just very rude unpleasant service the food quality and everything has always been good there although
First nobody taking orders through drive thru and a huge line up, so I left to go inside instead. Waited forever in a lineup, cashier looked overwhelmed. I guess none of the 10 people working know how to work during a rush time. They were talking to each other, but not about work. Don’t go here if you don’t have a lot of time to waste. Yikes😬

The drive through is very poorly managed. For some reason they make you wait where you order until your order is ready, then ask you to drive up to the window? I’ve never seen another drive through operated that way, and this is consistently the slowest drive through around. so if they’re trying something new, it’s not working. Even just a few cars in front of you and it will be a wait. Often they don’t have hash browns or potato wedges available.
The staff are friendly, no issues there. So it seems like a management issue. Issues could be easily fixed with better management.

Tim bits were defrosted yesterday dry They have been dry. Service is very slow The atmosphere is noisy 10 minutes later, I got an answer from the owner that they are very sorry but not that they are changing it
