Went to Junction Creek today and grab some breakfast and coffee on this location. Great service and the restaurant is so spacious and quiet. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Didn't realize Diamond Valley has Tims that has great service! Will definitely going back everytime we go to the mountains.

The customer service is always kind especially from the lady that prepared my Sausage Breakfast Sandwich. Always able to handle rushes and food is always what I expect!

Please give the ketchup when it’s asked in the drive thru. I am not sure if we are playing a game or you’re out of it but holy smokes. Three orders in a row !

This is the only tim hortons I have ever been to where they make you wait at the order menu after you order for ages before you are told you're allowed pull up to the pick up window. Everytime there's a different excuse. 'wait here while I check with the cooks if we can make your breakfast wrap' or 'wait here while we get your espresso made and I'll tell you when to move up' or 'let me check if I have coffee'. It's absolutely infuriating.

And then in their reply they tell you to go to a website that doesn't exist.

I generally don't notice anything bad at any Tim Hortons I ever go to anywhere. So when I notice something, it stood out enough. First, I walk in the door and it makes an awful screeching sound. I mention it to the guy at the counter and he tells me the manager leaves it like that so he knows when people come in. Really? I have a hard time believing that. If that is true, that is really stupid. Or is the manager just too lazy or apathetic to deal with it? If you need to know when people come in, get a bell or something and make the first impression pleasant, not one that makes a customer's teeth hurt. Second, the same guy helping me is very unkept, shirt half tucked in, does not have his messy hair in a net and wearing one of those capless visors pulled way down so he has to tip his head back to even see me. All the other employees have their hair in a net. Do I want this guy filling my order of Timbits when his hair may fall in it? Did he wear gloves to fill my order? His demeanor and body language makes him seem like the sort of guy who doesn't wash his hands after using the restroom and doesn't really care one way or the other about his customers. All in all, not a great impression. Won't be going back to either the walk in or drive thru until I know standards of cleanliness are better observed and the front door is fixed.
