this place is horrible. my boyfriend and i waited in line for 20 minutes in the drive thru, got stuck and almost caused an accident backing up into someone because of the ungodly amount of ice chunks on the pavement. all for us to get a farmers wrap that was the wrong kind with egg shells. my boyfriend almost threw up due to your mistake of a company. a photo will be inserted below. a waste of time and money. wish i could give this place 0 stars.

First nobody taking orders through drive thru and a huge line up, so I left to go inside instead. Waited forever in a lineup, cashier looked overwhelmed. I guess none of the 10 people working know how to work during a rush time. They were talking to each other, but not about work. Don’t go here if you don’t have a lot of time to waste. Yikes😬

The drive through is very poorly managed. For some reason they make you wait where you order until your order is ready, then ask you to drive up to the window? I’ve never seen another drive through operated that way, and this is consistently the slowest drive through around. so if they’re trying something new, it’s not working. Even just a few cars in front of you and it will be a wait. Often they don’t have hash browns or potato wedges available.
The staff are friendly, no issues there. So it seems like a management issue. Issues could be easily fixed with better management.

Tim bits were defrosted yesterday dry They have been dry. Service is very slow The atmosphere is noisy 10 minutes later, I got an answer from the owner that they are very sorry but not that they are changing it

The caramel latte tastes very bad! I dumped it! The service is not good! The scanner is broken, the guy who took my order told his supervisor that the scanner is acting up again! She tried many times and then she said it doesn’t work on some phones! I said I thought it happened to you before, she said it has been working all day! Bullshit! I am not going back there again!

Service is horrible, I counted 8 employees working 6 people in line and only one person covering till the rest working drive thru. 6 Mins later my order finally gets taken and then the wait to recieve my order took another 5, seen my order sitting there and litterslly had to ask for it. Would have been quicker to go buy everything and make myself.when I told them there service was horrible an older lady yelled to go somewhere else then thats fine, don't hate on me cause ye would rather serv drive thru.
Standards here are shamefull and ignorance of the employee telling me to go elsewhere after ordering is astonishing shouldn't take 20 mins to order and recieve my order.
