Grabbed a burger and some onion rings. Burger was really good but the onion rings were so salty they weren't edible. It was like they were dredged in salt. I love salt and I couldn't even eat them.

I recently ordered a burger from this restaurant and unfortunately, I found a strand of hair in it. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this was quite off-putting. The rest of the food was enjoyable, but cleanliness and food handling standards are really important to me. I hope this is an isolated incident, and I encourage the team to pay closer attention to hygiene in the future. I would consider returning if this issue is addressed.”

Have given so many tries hoping it gets better but my stomach and my wallet keep telling me don’t go back. A few weeks ago we got bacon and eggers and got home and the buns were green as well as the eggs. Took them back and got our money back which was appreciated but couldn’t shake the vision of moldy buns and decided won’t order those again. Decided To go back again thinking maybe it was a one off, and got the teen burger combo with onion rings and it was so terrible. The burger was petrified looking, they’ve clearly changed suppliers Of meat, it did not look like meat. And the onion rings were raw and chewy not crispy. Sadly I won’t be spending anymore money here.

Its A&W the rootbeer is flawless and the staff were friendly and quick. What more can you ask for.
I went in on June 30th 2024 between 2-3pm. Had an irritating time just ordering my burger, which was that I just wanted no tomato, no onion and no mayo with extra mustard and ketchup, argued back an forth with a manger that somehow couldn't understand that order, then after waiting till it was "fresh" I was then handed an burger with MULTIPLE LARGE HAIRS baked into the cheese. On top of waiting for luke warm food, then someone's hair was in my food. I then went inside about this disgusting Food Health and Safety Violation, and the mangers and the staff didn't take this seriously, in fact they thought it was funny. Then as a "compensation" to having this hair in my food and them not caring about Health violations, they gave me a luke warm pie. The employees aren't even wearing any hair nets while in the kitchen, which in itself is a major Health violation.
