My friends and I had a really disappointing experience at Boston Pizza last night. From the start, our server Tiffany had a very poor attitude. One of my friends forgot her ID, so we were told we had to move from the lounge to the restaurant side — which we completely understood and had no issue with. The problem was the service that followed.
When we were seated in the restaurant, Tiffany was short, dismissive, and frankly rude. We had only ordered waters at first because two of us were debating whether to have a drink. When she came back to ask about food, I tried to politely respond with “yes please, thank you,” but before I could even finish, she cut me off with an abrupt “okay” and walked away to the lounge side.
At that point, we decided to leave because I don’t believe customers should be treated that way when trying to support a business. Afterward, I looked at other reviews and noticed similar complaints about a server with a bad attitude — I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the same person.
Management really needs to address this, because poor service like that reflects badly on the whole restaurant.

The server had quite a bit of attitude and we were just there for a lunch with the kids. Right from the moment we arrived, she was not very kind. I always leave a tip regardless, but I had actually debated giving anything at all.
Next time, if she is our server we will not be dining here.

This is the go to spot for myself and my kids. We have gone here every other Friday for almost 3 years now. Service is quick and the good is always on point. It’s especially noticeable how good this place is once you try other BPs. Highly recommend!

Always go to the sports bar side.
The service was noticeably slower in the dining room.
ESL issues in dining room as well, never have that issue in tge sports bar.

Just popped in for a bite and some drinks. On the Lounge side. The wings and pizza were great! Our server was very attentive and kept our drinks full the entire time with a smile.
The food is always good and you know what you are getting from BP’s. It’s why I have always liked this chain. But I will say at the location in Blackfalds. The service is always SUPER SLOW. And I have been here to a point of I don’t wanna come back. Food good. Service not. Sigh. It was super slow today. And still a sleeper of service it was.

It was 1/2 off Chicken Wings Starter Plate so we had Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings Boneless I can't remember what they are called but the waitress called them fancy chicken fingers, lol. They were really good and very filling. We were gonna play the slots but they only had 3 Vlts that is the first Boston Pizza we've been that only had 3 machines. That being said all in all it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was nice and the staff were very nice.

Not great they cut my wifi off after ten minutes. I was trying to send some emails and have a coffee over dinner. I guess I was taking up too much room. Also they food is terrible I’ve had the steak it’s not very good, food is mediocre at best!
