We were seated quickly however, although there were several servers working, they just looked at us and would not acknowledge us at all. We were sitting for just over 15 minutes before anyone came over. We noticed that there seemed to be no set section for the servers and we both thought that this contributed to the definite lack of care. We saw many diners having to flag down staff for refills, napkins, etc. I ordered the Memphis chicken sandwich with mayo instead of ranch. It was not good! The chicken was dry and it was definitely not spicy at all. The onion rings were good though. My husband ordered the Big Philly Cheesesteak Dipper. He never complains about restaurant meals but, he really didn't enjoy his meal either. Very little meat or cheese and he said that it had a strange after taste. We didn't complain because it was probably a matter of our own preference but, this was the second time that we have frequented this specific BP. We will not be back.

Went there this morning with a big group of adults and kids. We were there a few minutes before they opened. Saw a women inside thought she was going to come open the doors and didn’t. Waited until 5 mins after still no one in sight. Cars were outside. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

The only way this place is getting a 2 star is because of the service. The food was fast but it lacked flavour and felt like I could eat better at Wendy's and somehow they messed up a shirly temple which was impressive. Not coming here again.

For a restaurant you expect music playing and your waiter to come check up on you. Not today at this boston pizza. We usually get the same things and have been to this location before. However this time we saw our waiter maybe 4 times and hardly spoke to her. Then when we got home all of us got food poisoning. As much as we love boston pizza we will not be returning to this location.

Came with a party of 7. Server did not introduce himself or say hi at all, he also didn’t ask us how the food was. I got a make your own pizza, and was unaware that every topping you add, adds 1$. I had the smallest size, (8”) with two toppings and my bill was 18$. And it was a very small pizza :( the hostess was lovely though!
