Thanks for the lack of gravy and wrong sauce for my nuggets. Never ordering from this location again and recommend you dont either unless youre in person and can make them actually get your order right.

Did mobile order. Wasn't ready when I arrived. Never even had it printed to make so whats the point of ordering ahead of time. Had to get my own drink. When I finally got my food they packed it in such a small bag it ripped when I was walking out 🙄 then get home and no dipping sauce for the strips and the strips are not even edible. It's like they were sitting all day. Never going back I will drive to lacombe or red deer. They have horrible customer service in Blackfalds as well. Been a few times to try to give them the benefit of the doubt but I'm done.
Ordered yesterday and they messed up the order and when I called they didn't return the phone call to fix the problem.
