Terrible service. The cashier was hard to understand, and I think maybe didn’t understand English. I Was given the incorrect order, and when I tried to inform him, he walked away and had someone else hand it to me. I gave up and left, and will not return. If you are going to employ people from other countries at the front of your business. I would think you would make sure they can understand English.

Wow wow wow what an experience
Hitesh and Prince really made this birthday special. They didn't even laugh when I gushed over the cake. I was a little nervous coming in with my husband in such a small town but I truly feel accommodated. Much love, LGBT Ryan and Gay Tristan.

Needs to fix their hours. Never open by 8/9 pm. Check hours online which says 10pm. Yet never open when I try to go. I understand closing like 30 mins early but closing over an hour early is kinda crappy. Need more staff or fix your hours if you won’t be open until 10. Wasted my time multiple days now

Gave a donation and recieved a pamphlet of coupons. This Dairy Queen will not honour the coupon so we didn't buy all the other things we'd planned on buying. It's only very cheap owners that do this and end up loosing business in the end. They buy up the businesses but would never give back to the community. I'm done giving money to places like these. Portions are smaller too. Canadians should just stop supporting people that don't support us back.

Had a coupon for use at Central Alberta locations, wanted to use it, plus purchase additional treats. Got to the window and were told that the manager told them not to accept our coupon and that we could go to Lacombe.

Worst hamburger and chicken fingers ever from a DQ. Hamburger was obviously left over and microwaved. Soggy and pickles steaming hot. Chicken fingers had less chicken than batter. Very disappointing.

First of all the service sucks. I ordered 2 burgers and they microwaved my burgers then served it to me. Don't eat here they suck at cooking here.

Ordered a medium strawberry cheesecake blizzard add smarties(paid EXTRA for it)

Got 4 small pieces of cheesecake in the whole thing 3 pieces of strawberry and a sub par amount of basically smartie dust.

NOT impressed.
Paid alot for basically plain icecream. I got way more inside when I ordered the mini size.
I guess Dairy Queen is pay more get less.

The people were nice; the food I PAID for was not.

I went through the drive through yesterday and got the barbecue Smokehouse burger. The bacon was almost raw, and there was so much barbecue sauce oozing out of the burger I couldn't even eat it. I know Burgers can be messy but there was so much sauce and it was so bad that I just ended up having to throw it out.
