Firstly, I was given expired habanero dip cups so obviously they aren't circulating their stock properly. Secondly, I have worked at this location and I can tell you first hand that this location is very unsanitary. Their wash system doesn't clean rags properly so the food prep tables are being cleaned with filthy rags constantly. Eater beware.

Was in couple nights ago looking for The Grinch Meal, sold out of course. But the young gentleman in the pay window said he told them to put on of the flavor packets in my bag. Sweet young man. Didn't end up getting it, that was fine. However, called the next day asked if they had them back in stock. Lady who answered was very rude, snapped and said no. Before I could even ask if they had the packets or have a approx date (cuz ya know I really want one!), she hung up on me. Do better McDonalds. I understand your busy and don't have time but customer services experiences make people want to come back. If you hate your job and/or customer service maybe it's time to move on. It doesn't take much to, at the very least, thanks for calling or even a simple "Sorry bye" or even "bye". I began saying "thank you do you..." Phone beeped for ended call. Just so rude! Won't be going back. Would rather drive to Lacombe or Red Deer to get my Grinch Meal!

Today my receipt said 4:34pm, order number 975… we had nothing special in our order aside from my daughter’s plain cheeseburger. We FINALLY got our order at 5:05, AND I watched staff take the grinch socks OUT of my bag to give to Drive-thru, and then told me they were “so sorry they were out of socks”, I had clearly WATCHED them take them out of my order bag.
ZERO was offered to try and rectify our situation … to add to my frustration, our food was luke warm at best. After waiting 1/2 hour to receive cold food was extremely frustrating! I will admit that I had lost my cool slightly, it is disappointing. We wanted a quick stop and drive thru is priority…. I feel that this store and clearing orders on the board before they are met, signifies order wait times are inaccurate, in order to “meet” standards, which is not true… the franchise should investigate this location.

Wait 10 minutes for your order, still get the wrong food
Worst McDonald's I've been to in Alberta. Ordered a large latte, waited 15 minutes in a designated spot for it to be brought out to my vehicle, finally had to go in and ask for it. Recieved a large black coffee instead of a latte. Crap service and crap coffee.

I usually have a special order and everytime I have to send it back cause it is made I correctly. That's what the sticker on the box is for. Not to mention times that ibhave not checked my bag until I get home to find out that it's wrong or missing things. When I return to get the correct order I hardly ever get an apology for the mistake. Very poor customer service

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to- I wish I could leave no stars but I have to put one. And I’m not one to leave reviews but this was garbage. I literally live down the road and got take out, and had to re heat and season the food. Also ordered extra dips- which comes w a charge, and they didn’t put any of the dips in . No lettuce on the mcchicken. I’ve worked in the service industry and I can tell you it’s not that hard- maybe put a little effort in🤷🏻♀️
