Me and my gf went on valentines day. Really enjoyed that there was seating available. Friendly service, great food. I even noticed before leaving, one of the workers offered to carry out a lady's food for her, while with her kids. That was top tier. Thank you!

i have ordered pizza from piccolos for a number of years, they had always been the best. the last year or so i have noticed the quality going down, toppings proportions getting smaller, crust getting thinner, cheese appears to have changed to a cheaper brand. the service was good the waitress has always been friendly and helpful. it could be businesses trying to stay alive in the face of rising prices. however the last order was disappointing

Absolutely HORRID. I made a reservation for my mother’s birthday so when we arrived the tables would be put together as I knew the layout of the dine in area. We arrived on time for our reservation. We were the only customers inside. From the moment we walked in, the female staff had an attitude that told us we were inconveniencing her. She took our drink orders then went to the back where she and who we assume is the male cook began making fun of us for making a reservation, and talking poorly about us in general. They both spoke loudly, almost to make sure we heard. After 15 minutes of no beverages, not even water (as well as the staff disappearing), my father asked if we would be getting our drinks any time soon as we had been already waiting 15 minutes! The guy played dumb and the female said the guy was going to make our drinks, while saying we had only been waiting 5 minutes. At that point we grabbed our belongings and left. But it’s okay that we had absolutely horrific service here, because we ended up going to Boston Pizza where we received exceptional service as well as delicious meals that Piccalos couldn’t even come close to. I’d rate 0 stars if it allowed.
We will never be going back nor ordering from here.

Horrid service in blackfalds. I called to make a reservation for my mother’s birthday. I knew the interior tables were small so I wanted the tables to be pushed together before we arrived. We showed up at the time of our reservation and the tables were not together. The attitude the female staff gave us made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Once seated, our drink orders were taken. When this female staff went to the back, my family and I overheard her and the male who we assume was the cook talking negatively about us for making a reservation, and making fun of our table. I didn’t want to make a scene as it was my mother’s birthday. However after 15 minutes for our drinks, and all of the staff disappearing, my father asked if we would be served. The male appeared and acted confused while the female saying we had only been waiting for 5 minutes. We grabbed our belongings and left. Horrible service. Why would they talk like that while KNOWING we could hear? I feel bad for the owners. I guarantee they would hate to know their staff were acting like we were an inconvenience. It’s okay though! We went to Boston Pizza instead and had fantastic service and better food than Piccolos could have offered.

Made reservations on a Saturday so that we could get 6 of us eating together. It was a courtesy as some restaurants get busy around dinner time. We got there and the waitress didn’t seem friendly no Hi or welcome just asked what we wanted to drink. The restaurant was empty except us. As we waited for our drinks the staff were making comments in the back about us making reservations as we were only 6 people not 30. 15 minute wait and still not one drink at the table so we left. So to Piccolos we are terribly sorry we inconvenienced you by making reservations in an empty restaurant. It definitely won’t happen again.

Wow! Came across this gem tonight and was extremely satisfied. Our waitress was very lovely. I ordered the tortellini alfredo and it was some of the best home made sauce I have ever had. They are very generous with portions ect. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for the great experience 😀

Piccolo's, In Red Deer is way cheaper then blackfalds. I wish blackfalds had the same price as Red Deer's. I'm going to start buying from red deer. The price in blackfalds is just to much when you can get 2 ×more in red deer for less the price

Waited over an hour and 20 minutes for our food cost $66 dry ribs portion for one person the large portion also large portion of Caesar salad was basically one person and they used to be good. Very disappointing. Their poutine was OK no curd cheese, but I’d give them a 2 1/2 star to the best. It’s sad they were the best five years ago😡😳
