I've been ordering from Picolos since I moved to Blackfalds about 10 years ago. I've never left a review, even though their food has always been top notch. But today, for the first time I had a complaint....Wrong Pizza ?I called, they apologized immediately and had me a fresh pizza at the door in no time. This is service excellence. very diapointed have been buying our laszona fron you since before covid. always enjoyed the food. but last night bought two laszona and was very disappointed if i wanted noodles with a bet of cheese and very little source i could of done that at home . what was to be a treat sure failed will not be ordering from there again. feel ripped off.

Pizza suppose to be here within the hour and showed up 1.5 hour later stone cold. Requested onions and seems like they just added extra onions? Idk, but they remade the singke wrong pizza and sent it out getting to location 2 hours and 15 minutes after orders.They have made the pies wrong several times before to the point we took a year long break from ordering.
