I ordered a pizza, 5 dips for 5$ and a regular potato wedges. The pizza was good and delivery driver was great. But I did not receive my dips and the potato wedges were not edible, way overcooked. Disgusting. I called customer service and the best they could do was give me a 10$ credit which does not cover the amount I paid for the missing items and inedible food. Next time I order I will only order enough to use my credit and I’ll be sure to let my friends know not to order from this location. Super disappointed on how this was handled since I’ve been ordering them for years from numerous occasions. 1/10.

We've always enjoyed the pizza here. Staff is friendly and when you ask for extra cheese they really deliver! With that said, the storefront can be cleaned more regularly and the bathrooms, well, just don't go in there.

Against better judgement I thought I would give them another chance. I showed up 5 mins early and my pizza was still cold. It had barely any toppings. The dips I was given expire next week. I always tip 20% and they never say thank you. Store always looks dirty. I will never go back. The one downtown Red Deer staff are much more polite.

If I could give negative stars I would. The pizza was fine but the delivery was horrible. Asked for contactless delivery and it was 4 guys who were sketchy that showed up in a car and demanded my wife to unlock the door as they said “she didn’t pay” when we paid online. I would not recommend anyone to order from here in Blackfalds as the delivery people are sketchy and may rob you or something worse. It doesn’t take 4 people to deliver a pizza. Do not order from here just get your pizza from somewhere else.
wow i don’t know what has happened with pizza 73 but tonight was ridiculous it took a hour and a half to receive my pizzas after ordering when they got to my house i specifically asked if they were even hot after paying the full price i open the box’s to find 3 cold pizzas called customer service and was offered a 20$ credit never again will i order from here

5 Stars! My kids love the pizza and wings here!! We ordered delivery through the Skip App for my kids birthday dinner tonight and the food was great! The delivery driver was very polite, thank you!!!!! I also accidentally put thumbs down on the skip app when I was trying to leave a review on there and I’m sorry!!!!! I meant to do a thumbs up. We love the delivery from here & have always loved Pizza 73!! Thank you again as always.

Serious thank you to this fast food restaurant in particular and the staff that made the night of August 27, 2023 the best night I ever chose to get a pie. The guy on the phone was super good at his job, knew everything he needed to know about the product, was kind, and followed instructions. The kitchen staff understood exactly what to do and everything tasted incredible for fast food standards. I will be getting delivery again because I liked how they followed the instructions and also called me to inform me it was delivered. Good stuff tonight Blackfalds Pizza 73, thank you.
