Horrible people horrible services, everything about it was just horrible, an order for 3 people 50 bucks ok payed for it went to go get my food apparently I never placed an order, told me a week ago I would get a refund so I replaced the order 100$ that night on subway for it to be cold and gross and soggy and no refund at all. Shame on your whole company just disgusting

Went to get my daughter a sub this evening, the person on the intercom was extremely rude, like unbelievably rude. After ordering a single sub approached the window, and she opened the window no hello, now how are you while doing the debit transaction and she just stared at us with a rude look on her face, No have a good evening, nothing just ignorant and rude.

Stopped in today to grab a sub. Turkey with lettuce, green pepper and cucumber... there's barely any lettuce and only a few green peppers.. paid $14 for the foot long to have bread.

Was disappointed with all our subs being cold and not toasted when they were suppose to be. Got wrong cookies, wrong chips, wrong drinks.
The only complaint I ever have about any subway these days is the price. It's always delicious and quality and the service at the blaclfalds location is fantastic.

Easily one of the worst subways we have experienced. I have been overcharged numerous times and have went back to get my money back. Sooo cheap on toppings it’s unbelievable. We love subway but it’s super unfortunate our local subway’s quality is beyond poor. Our most recent trip included incredibly stale bread. Zero thumbs up. 👎🏼

I would not recommend. I have gone to this subway a few times. I have gotten hair, a beetle and have gotten moldy bacon, along with moldy and brown veggies.
