I am usually not one to go out of my way and write a negative review, and I go here quite often! But today at around 12:10 me and my boyfriend had gone and ordered a large double double , a medium black ice coffee and two wraps, the food was good! But the double double wasn't stirred. And the black ice coffee had cane sugar in it, and it's disappointing for sure but it can be an easy fix so we went back to the store and had asked if they could replace it but instead the man in the window was rude and didn't even apologize for it instead he had said its iced coffee what do you want because it looks like a black ice coffee! we said it is supposed to be a black ice coffee we don't want cream or sugar and there is cane sugar inside the coffee. he rolled his eyes replaced it closed the window without say anything! I feel like in costumer service, as I work in it as well to always listen to costumer complaints and replace something that was made incorrect as that what gets people coming back even if the experience wasn't perfect but this was a terrible experience!

This tim Hortons doesn't read there screens. What you order is mirrorly a suggestion. Ooh you want a steep tea triple triple nope you get a coffee. Because you went threw the drive threw. Its every time get to where you are going find out you got a coffee!!
Good service today, however why on earth are they not providing their drive thru employee a jacket?! It’s -21 and the poor kid was visibly cold. I asked where his jacket was and he said that the store only has 2 jackets and other people have them. How do they need the jacket more than him standing in the Cold window for hours?! Do better.

Just wondering what changed with the steeped tea? It tasted horrible two different times now the past week. We didn't even drink it. It went in the garbage both times. We only go for the tea. Not really wanting to try again.
