We don't stop for A&W very often, but every time we do, including this most recent visit, the service has always been fantastic. They tend to make many of the items fresh upon order versus sitting under a heat lamp, so they may have you park for a couple of minutes to wait, but it's never long and they bring it out to your car with a smile. The food itself is standard A&W fare, obviously not 5-star dining, my rating is based on the service quality and freshness...
All good except the gravy was so soupy it wouldn't even stick to a French fry. I ended up just shoving a couple fries in my mouth and taking a drink of gravy. Just kidding, but it did cross my mind.
I recently visited the A&W and was blown away by the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make sure l had a great experience.
