All noodles. Food does not look like photos. Got the Pad Thai

Interesting mix of cuisines at this restaurant. You can choose between pizza, sushi, a variety of Asian dishes and they also make cake. I tried the Sasquatch roll and the Mongolian chicken with rice, both was very tasty. Will for sure come back!

Ordered a salad and pad Thai. The salad was fantastic but the pad Thai was gross. The noodles were mushy and there was next to no flavour in the dish. What flavour it did have, was not a pad Thai flavour. They offer peanut sauce for an additional $2.50 which I didn’t get but in hind sight I guess I should have as it is gross as is.

They have some really good food but they have a game room for 5$ an hour next door connected and I went their too and it was REALLY fun THIS is a must go place!

This place is great. The food was good. The veggies in our items were still crisp which made them taste a little fresher and the ginger beef was made with real ginger root and just tastes brighter. The location is awesome. Big windows made for lots of light streaming and and great views of the mountains. The decor is full of lots of silk plants and kitschy stuff. A very relaxed place.

I've wanted to try the Bamboo Bistro for a while and it didn't disappoint. I've been in town on Mondays when they're closed, so finally got the chance today.I had the sasquatch roll and gyoza; the ingredients were fresh, the roll was unique and very tasty. The Buddah bowl looks delicious so I'm excited to come back to try more of the menu.

We showed up just after the power went out and were greeted with friendly staff who said we were welcome to sit and wait a bit to see if the power came back on so we did and a few minutes later were told that we could have anything off the bistro menue because they were firing up the gas stove for us.We all very much enjoyed our food and the service and appreciate the service. One of our little girls (6) was grumpy and recovering from heat exhaustion and at first taste very vocal about her displeasure after the chef made her special sushi (picky eater not at all raised to be rude) so I apologize for that but would like you to know on further inspection she ate half of the order and insisted on tking the rest back with us and on the way after we left she said it was delicious. I had honestly intended to apologize in person but it has been a very long day.Thank you so very much and we shall return.. I gotta try that Amazing smelling pizza. Also love all the treats you have to offer.♥️

We are so happy to be back in the Pass and enjoying the Bamboo Bistro between flyfishing experiences. Erica is a great chef. Volcanic Chicken and Gyoza...awesome.

Amazing sushi, Japanese spiked lemonade was bomb. And if they spicy, it’s spicy. So good.

Ordered the Pad Thai for adults and pizza for the kids and none of us were impressed with our food. The noodles in our Pad Thai were mushy and the pizza was skimpy on toppings and cheese. Only reason why we ordered our pizza from here was because we were ordering two separate items. Next time we'll just forget it and stick with our new go-to, CNP Pizzeria.

The pizza was good and so was the sashimi but the pad thai I had was so bad that I didn't finish it and I will eat anything. Pad thai is one of my favorite dishes and I even made it while in Thailand at a Thai cooking course. This was not Pad thai and the sauce had no taste to it. The thing is, there was a peanut sauce you could buy for an extra 2.50, and I'm guessing that gave the Pad thai taste because I didn't buy the extra peanut sauce and there was no taste. So why should I have to pay 2.50 to make a meal edible? I've never heard of such a thing. I called to complain and it fell on deaf ears. She said she's never had a complaint about their pad thai but I did find one here.
