By far the best Chinese food we’ve ever had. Our group of 10 tried numerous dishes and each and every one was absolutely fantastic . Chicken chow mien was gone so fast we ordered another, lemon chicken was outstanding, ginger beef was like no other. Everything was fantastic. Will make this our first stop when we come thru. Thank you Golden Bowl !

Traveling through. Beef with broccoli, chicken fried rice, chicken dumplings and spring rolls were delicious!

Went for dinner. The place was empty at 1900. Service was subpar. We had to ask for plates. The napkin and cutlery just got piled up on the table by the lady serving. Some people could’ve took the whole service as rude even though we didn’t. The menu does not have any option to have plain rice or noodles to go with stir fry dishes which is a bit unusual!!! The portions are very large. The vegetable chowmein was ok. The stir fry vegetables with chicken was too salty. However it did have plenty of broccoli and other vegetables as mentioned in the menu. Overall unfortunately I cannot give a 5 star to the meal!

Food was good, average Chinese food. There were only 2 people working so service was slow which was ok, but they were not very friendly. The restaurant was so cold we all wore our ski jackets the entire time whoch wasn't the best experience. Other places we went to were plenty warm during the cold snap

Have ordered take out a few times. The food has always been superb. Everything is fresh and flavourful. The value is reasonable for what you receive.

This is legit some of the BEST Chinese food I have had. The ginger beef was crispy, the sauce on the lemon chicken was delectable, the beef Shanghai noodles were saucy and satisfying, and the special fried rice was solid. Our whole family went, and all of us were impressed - and this was in comparison to the “big city” restaurants in Edmonton. Highly recommend.

I think a lot of the 1 star reviews expect to be waited on hand and foot, and their food to be exactly how they want it (if you don't like the food, cool. It's your opinion. Be kind next time?). This is a small town Chinese restaurant... they have one woman running around doing EVERYTHING and one (Maybe two) chef's cooking things up.
This place would do exceptionally well in a large city like edmonton or Calgary. Food was absolutely fantastic and they helped us whenever we asked. We have family that just moved here, and whenever we come to visit we will come here every single time.
Thank you!

Was quite disappointed isn the meal we had picked up for take out. The dumplings were just fried frozen gyoza with no sauce provided.
The pad Thai was a mushy mess with only noodles and few pieces of chicken and shrimp.
And the BBQ and veggies while was very tasty barely had any pork in it at all. Wouldn't recommend these three dishes. I don't know about the rest of the menu though.
