Excellent food, super clean establishment, fast and friendly service but could have more traditional music. A cranky old lady felt sick after eating there recently and called the health inspector-passed with flying colours. I know the woman and she is just plain miserable every day of the year. Soo Sushi is truly wonderful. Try it and see for yourself.
I ordered the combo (last one) with noodles and California rolls. Also, Korean green tea. I really liked the noodles; they tasted so good that I finished the whole bowl 🥣. We shared the California rolls with my colleague, as I was full already, and they were okay, not bad, but the rice wasn't very sticky, as it should be for sushi. The tea was also very original and Korean. Overall, I was very satisfied and happy afterward!

We love Soo Blairmore! The new owners have been working hard to keep up the quality of the old owners. They have kept menu favourites, and also added some new menu items that we quite like. We will continue to come here for our regular sushi nights!

Great place to add to your travels through the Crowsnest Pass! Friendly staff, very clean, and organized. All sorts of art and design features inside the restaurant.
¹ Alot of options for food. ² All of the food we had came out hot and ready to eat in a timely manner. ³ Our food was seasoned to perfection. ⁴ The serving sizes were enought for a meal per person. ⁵ Great selection of beverages. ⁶ The prices are spot on!
Great experience overall, we will definitely be back and telling others.
We came at 12 noon and it was not busy, around 1 to 130pm the place was packed. With locals and travellers passing through.
