I ordered 12 grain bagels, but unfortunately, they didn't have any available. When I asked if they could make them fresh while I waited, they insisted on changing my order instead. After some back and forth, they finally mentioned it would take a long time to prepare. I told them that was perfectly fine, but they didn't seem happy with my response. Ultimately, I ended up waiting half an hour for the bagels. If it had been later in the day, I might have understood their reluctance, but considering it was only 2 PM, their refusal to make the bagels was rather surprising.

Every time I have gone to this Tim Hortons they make me pull around to the parking lot to wait for your order. This last time they didn’t even give me my drinks first. I understand when it’s busy and you order a bunch of food, but there was no one behind me and I ordered 2 teas and a chicken habenero bowl. They also made the car infront of me pull around to the front for one drink.. the employee wandered around the parking lot for 5 minutes looking for the vehicle what is the point of the drive thru? This was also in the afternoon when their drive thru times don’t matter. Once I finally got my food it honestly tasted terrible. I’ve got the same thing at other locations and have really enjoyed it. Don’t waste your time here, go to a different location.

I'm basing this review on the fact that it is still, after all, a Tim Hortons; you cannot expect gourmet food or drinks, lol! But, as far as Tim Hortons goes, this is one of the better ones. I've rarely had issues with my order being incorrect, and I do have a bit of a custom request for my drinks that most other Tims struggle with our just get dead wrong. These guys get it right 95% of the time. The food is generally good. And the service is almost always friendly and very good. We definitely prefer this Tim's to the ones in Sparwood and Fernie!

As soon as you walk in this place is very dirty, there's tons of employees all over the place, but none of them are really doing anything. Just standing around talking in their foreign language. I go to use the washroom, and neither of the family washroom, or the female washroom doors lock. Female washroom was disgusting and had no toilet paper. This is one of the worst tim hortons I have ever been at. Disgusting!

0/5 stars for all of the above! Extremely disappointing service and quality at this location that I have not had at any other locations. Drive thru phillipino worker was extremely rude and impolite, then when I was handed my coffee I noticed it was light weight and definitely not filled properly. When I open it the cup was almost a quarter empty whereas usually they fill right up to the line on the cup. Attempted to resolve issue by knocking on the window and she just stood there looking dumbfounded and refused to open the window and deal with the problem. Do not waste your time or money on supporting a location that is this rude, actively REFUSES to do the job, and does not take accountability for their actions and mistakes.

When cashier finally decided to acknowledge me and answer questions it seems her only trained response was no. I left with no purchase due to the staff and 2 flavors of donuts available. Going to Fernie thanks.

ordered 2 French vanillas with exspresso. Not only did they come back watered down tasting like dirt. I asked them to make new ones when they made the new ones. It did the exact same thing except it tasted like watered down coffee, So I brought them back in again. they proceeded to tell me that their machines were broken earlier but the canasters were full... I told him that their machine is still broken and that they shouldn't sell products that they cannot make properly. why would you sell a product that is deficient if it is not working or being made properly? She told me if she made the coffees again For the third time that they would actually have to charge me. I was appalled not to mention the size of their sandwich wraps. There was literally no food in this wrap. I didn't even see chicken. It was more like a Chunky tomato saturated in ranch dressing. It was absolutely disgusting... never going back there again
