never an enjoyable experience to put it simply

Every time I come here the old lady is messing up all the orders whether it’s drive thru or I go inside.

Today a young teenager was in training taking my order he was struggling but was doing everything correctly then the old lady appears out of nowhere pushes the kid out of the way and continues to mess up my order and the three next orders. As the orders start coming out the old lady disappears and all the messed up orders start getting blamed on the new kid.

This old lady needs to go. I avoid this tims because of her and I know that’s the case with my friends aswell.

This is what you get when you order a 4 cheese sausage bagel also glad I didn’t advance order online because they supposedly didn’t have the 2 drinks I was going to order on the app that it let me choose. The iced caps we did receive were super watery we live in the area used to go here often and it was really good service. We haven't been for a while and sadly disappointed of what one of the few fast food businesses in the area has become. (As you will see in my other reviews I support many new Canadians however in a drive through where it depends solemnly on verbal communication a language barrier probably doesn’t benefit a business.)

Out of four different donuts, only one was fresh. Total waste of money. The one donut was the only edible one. The rest were thrown out. Making fresh donuts should be the priority. Never mind the pizzas and fries. Super disappointing. We were there at 3:30 pm on August 31, 2025.

Absolute chaos today, 15 years of a staple road trip stop, and this is the first time i had to wait 15 minutes for two drinks and a sandwich- not to mention we were given the wrong sandwich and had to go back and wait even longer… drive thru line was insane, so was the one inside. Asked for a name for the order, and i have no idea how someone could mess up my name, after repeating myself multiple times… the tram definitely needed a bit more guidance and structure around prioritization, for a long weekend they were understaffed

Had a very bad experience in this Tim Hortons. The flies were inside the donuts and muffins, and people are just working, but they cannot see the fly and take out the fly and when I told them that there is a fly there where where where I think they need to change their glasses maybe or maybe I am mad that I can recognizing a fly. They don’t …. I wasted my money on their food, and I gave them back the food.

They often screw up the orders. I’ve passed through Blairmore twice lately, ordered a cilantro chicken lime wrap with slow cooked chicken, and they twice gave me crispy chicken which is gross. Plus this time, I asked for coffee with two milk to go with wrap and received it with cream. This is after she has repeated it back to me correctly. I hear this complaint so often from other patrons. Why is it so hard to get a simple order correct? Never have this issue in Lethbridge Tim Hortons.
