Went through the drive through this morning to grab a coffee on the way to work. We were the only truck in the line and had ordered one coffee. I had my scan and pay app loaded up and ready to go but as I we were pulling up I received a phone call from a coworker. I took the call and told him to hold on while I paid. As I was scanning the old lady that was working there was pushing the coffee at me and muttered something about not having the app ready to pay. We have had a few bad experiences with this same lady now. Very unprofessional. Maybe you shouldn't have her working the drive through
Every time I come here the old lady is messing up all the orders whether it’s drive thru or I go inside.
Today a young teenager was in training taking my order he was struggling but was doing everything correctly then the old lady appears out of nowhere pushes the kid out of the way and continues to mess up my order and the three next orders. As the orders start coming out the old lady disappears and all the messed up orders start getting blamed on the new kid.
This old lady needs to go. I avoid this tims because of her and I know that’s the case with my friends aswell.
