“When I went to pick up my pizza, staff informed me that there was an error, and they had made the wrong size of pizza. They were very apologetic about the situation and were already working to fix it. I was extra surprised when they offered us our pizza as well as the smaller one that was made by mistake. - Very friendly staff.“

“So I'm new to Bonnyville and trying different places. Trying KFC anywhere is always a gamble. I'm giving 4 stars because no one is perfect. I had placed my order tonight and more then an hour still had not received delivery. Long story short, their KFC.ca was down and had not received order. Issue discovered and had food delivered promptly. Thanks to the KFC team on this night November 16 2024. I was starving!!“
