Probably the worst Take-away experience I have had. I ordered a Mushroom burger meal with a Poutine and fountain drink. Also included in my order was 2 grilled ranch chicken snack wraps, a mini smarties blizzard and 2 garlic sauces. Upon receiving my order i had no garlic sauce and no blizzard. Mistake corrected after notifying an employee- although I had to Re-Pay for the dips as the person who took order threw out my receipt, so they made me repay as they “couldn’t confirm if I had paid,” but proceeded to give me the blizzard. 100% my fault for not thoroughly checking the bag before I drove 1hr home. But upon checking I found a completely different burger than I ordered (a flamethrower, which I will not eat) and both of the snack wraps made incorrectly. Very disappointed!

It’s free ice cream day at Dairy Queen, I called and confirmed it before I drove there, and then once I got there the staff said “you need the app” so I downloaded the app, then they said “it should be in deals on your app.” It wasn’t. They asked me to restart my phone, I did, still nothing in deals. They refused to help me, and said “can you please leave, there’s starting to be a line up.”. Completely disappointed after having called to confirm free ice cream day, driven my kids to go for the free ice cream, and not to get any free ice cream, nor any help with trying to solve the problem with their app. The staff was unhelpful, un-knowledgeable, and incredibly rude to have asked me to leave without helping me and my kids. We went and bought reasonably priced ice cream at McDonald’s instead.

I recently purchased a cake from your shop and wanted to share my feedback.
Unfortunately, I found that the cake had an excessive amount of colorant, which affected both the appearance and taste. Additionally, I was disappointed with the flavor, as it didn’t meet my expectations.
Moreover, I felt that the pricing of the cake was not justified given the overall quality.

Called DQ Cold Lake wanting a custom cake for my son's birthday. They told me to call back later. I called DQ Bonnyville and the lady took my request, made sure it was accurate and said they would have it done by Wednesday. I picked up the cake today and it looks amazing! All the little details are perfect! Thank you. Will be using your store again!
