What a terrible experienced. We stopped by Bonnyville from Cold Lake before heading back to Edmonton. Our kids are Hungry and we decided to try this restaurant. We waited for almost 10 mins before the lady approached us and told us that if we are going to dine in they are busy in a grumpy way. She even didn’t apologize for waiting. Customer service is horrible. To the owner of this restaurant, I’m sorry but you need to do something with your business. Our friends are supposed to join us dinning in your restaurant. After what happened we went to the other Chinese restaurant in town and earned our business.

For $25 you’ll get rice hard enough to break your teeth and food that was cooked who knows when.That’s all if you make it through the grim reaper of customer service who takes your order. I am always for supporting small business but not at the expense of my stomach. Please make fresh food and serve paying customers with a smile a positive attitude.

I’m a regular here but today that stops. My cousin took me for lunch and while I was ordering she walked away from us. We were still eating and she asked us to pay, my cousin said yes I’m paying you I’ll finish eating first. Tired of her rude behaviour.
