Worst service today we experienced.We already placed an order since long so that we need not to be wait long but unfortunately the order we received wrong, missing toppings and moreover smell like stale everything includes bread and salad. Really disappointed. They should check everything before serving order. Plz train your staff.

When I walked in here after work for a quick dinner, I was the only one there. After 20 minutes in line and 10 other customers, I was finally able to pay and leave very slow workers.

So we stopped in here tonight and my friend wanted a to not put pepperoni on his sub as it affects his acid reflex and simply asked to substitute it with salami and was told he would be charged when we simply came here 2 days ago and wasn't a problem worst customer service

Ordered the usual chicken teriyaki, veggies looked like they were frozen and then thawed. Spinach looked like it needed CPR.
Service was abysmal, no care and attention to what she was doing and was clearly perturbed when I asked for extra olives.
I know it’s not an artisanal sandwich shop but hitting the basics should be expected!

The food is good, but every time I go the service is terrible. The workers do not care about the job at all, they are never welcoming, never smile, never even say a simple “hi”. They seem like they hate their job. I am a frequent visitor because I love the food, I even tip every time in hopes for better treatment but I am extremely disappointed in the way I am treated every time. On top of that my food wasn’t packed properly, my soup lip wasn’t even placed on and spilled all over the rest of my food in the bag!! I work in fast food and understand not having a good day, but that’s not an excuse to treat customers poorly every time they come in. If you hate your job that much just quit.
