Ive been going to subway long nefore it was 5 dollar footlongs and eat there regularly because i work on the road. Never in my life have i had someone tell me they can only give me 6 pickly circles and then argue with me that that is the standard when i asked for more. Then she had the audacity to put 2 more pickle circles and tell me off because it is the standard apparently.horrible service. Extremely rude

The First Lady was very helpful, I got a 6 inch sandwich meal. The only reason I got a meal was to get a drink cup to be able to fill my water bottle, that’s the same size as a medium drink. The manager came out after I was sitting there for an hour, already having pop in my water bottle. When leaving I went to top it off and she starts being very aggressive and rude about me doing so. I explained I bought medium drink cup and I just threw it away, the only reason was to fill my water bottle since I’m walking. Then she won’t listen to my explanation, keep insisting I fill the cup I just threw away.. I could’ve filled the cup and poured it into my water bottle and it would be the same as just filling it. I’m blown away with how rude she was about it. I feel bad for her coworkers having to work with her.

I went in to order and it seems like their menu has gotten smaller. I asked if they still had a pizza sub, and the girl told me in a blank way that she guessed she could make one. She stayed quiet and made no eye contact. Then when we got to the veggies, I asked for a bit of lettuce, green pepper and black olives. Now remember, this is a 12 inch sub. I got a small amount of lettuce just like I asked , then I got about 5 or 6 slices of green pepper and very few black olives. I then asked for more black olives and was told she put the right amount on my sub as she counted each one. There was maybe 15 pieces on there.I offered to pay extra and got one of the dirtiest looks ever. She then looked at the other worker like what to do so they might have put another 15 pieces on it for free!
Since when does a restaurant count such small things...I could have asked for every veggie in the case and good them all! I just don't get it and I will try my best to not go back there if I can help it!!!!!

Lovely experience. Very friendly and accomodating staff and Amrit, the manager, is doing a wonderful job. She loves her work and the staff is always smiling. Great work team😊🩷🩷

I went to this Subway 10 minutes before closing and politely apologized for coming late. However, the girl was very rude no greeting, no smile, and acted annoyed while I asked for toppings. Very unprofessional and not the service I expect from Subway.
Even I called 15min before to give pickup order no answer to call.

I went to subway this morning. Food was good but the service was even better. There were amrit and Raman were working there. Will definitely visit there again.
It’s too bad it had to be this way but it is … TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! TERRIBLE!!
Made my sandwich and when I went to pay they said that the money didn’t go through when clearly it shows on my bank statement it did - they then took my sandwich and would not give it to me because “I didn’t pay”!
I will be going higher up the food chain about this behaviour - Subway Bonnyville has stole $16.90 from me. I paid for a meal and they did not give me what I paid for. That is THEFT - theft from a customer, Subway.
this took place August 7,2025 at 9:50am. I have called my bank and filed a dispute against Subway Bonnyville.

I would rate this place 0 if I could . We went in to get footlong ( Teriyaki chicken ) and the staff is absolutely rude and unprofessional. The girl that served us confirmed her name as Raman , with zero knowledge of being in customer service industry . So we got this footlong and the girl did not put right quantity of chicken as it is supposed to be , half of the bread was left unfilled . On saying that she should use proper proportion the girl charged us extra $$ for chicken and argued that she is taught the ways she is making subs . Like we not asking for anything extra ordinary , atleast do your job honestly and try not to be that Karen . I hope management teaches staff how to keep guest happy and not to argue over a piece of chicken , it’s not worth it loosing a regular . DO BETTER

Its hit or miss. Staff is usually friendly, ordering through the app is generally reliable(totally recomend there's way more deals) business is clean and inviting.
Staff could care a bit more about what they serve fresh and quality wise but overall not as bad as some

Would rate it a 0 if I could. Went there today and had to ask three times for more vegetables and they didn’t listen till I finally got upset. This store absolutely nose dived the last few years I remember when they never use to cheap out on customers.
