Usually not a bad spot but was trying to make some bling and got the boot. A little confusing of an atmosphere as one part makes me feel like I'm on a ship and the other part makes me feel like I'm at a disco club. So very disappointing.

It's ok......lived here forever and it's just ok. Food is ok, beer is ok. I asked the waitress if they had an IPA on tap and she had a look like she had no idea what that was. If you like bland food and the big box brands of beer, it's gonna be up your alley. If you want flavour and an excellent selection of the local breweries....look elsewhere.

Went there once for a drink, while I was outside for a smoke, I got sucker punched and knocked out of the blue by a random I don’t even know. Once I came to, staff did not care or were helpful at all even the security guard. Front desk wouldn’t let us use the phone to call the cops to report an assault, they wouldn’t let us see footage so anyone/ staff could possibly positive ID the guy. Management later called and didn’t seem to care about a dangerous situation happening at the establishment. By the time police showed up to review the video weeks later, they had no clue how to positively Id the guy and were virtually useless just as the staff here were that night. Would never step foot at this place again, staff aren’t looking out for customers and it’s very unsafe

Came for a night out the other weekend, (I’m from out of town) and witnessed a lot of commotion between the staff and guests. Staff didn’t seem to handle things professionally more like they were part of the problem, cops were called it seemed unnecessary from what I saw. The bartender was rude, and didn’t get a good vibe from the other servers. Waiting on drinks for far too long. Wouldn’t recommend.

Place was decent for it being in bonnyville. Went there for my birthday and went up to the bar and was completely ignored by the bar tender. once I tried to get her attention she scuffed at me and treated me with disrespect. Asked a recommendation for a drink. Says I don’t know? okay… can I get a pina colada? ( I asked this at 10pm) “I put everything away” ummmm ok? Can I get a mojito? “No I don’t have any mint leafs.” Okay? Well what can I get???? “I don’t know can you look at the menu.?” literally the WORST customer service I’ve ever had in my life ?
