Ordered bagels with cream cheese for me and my daughter as it’s usually the only decent food they make. Staff acted like it was a chore to do their jobs, and bagels were not remotely toasted and cream cheese only really in the hole of the beagles. This is pathetic, if it was up to me I would fire every employee in that restaurant.

We went there only to meet a friend. We didn't eat mostly because the last couple meals were terrible. The service today was good.
I ordered the cilantro lime and cheese wrap from the drive-thru and was really disappointed. The wrap was served ice cold, almost like it had just come out of the freezer, and it even had an unpleasant smell. Definitely not fresh or appetizing.

Hire unprofessional staff, i picked up my order am when i check order that was totally wrong items inside and i went back to tim hortons again for my correct order and they make the order for me again but not even a single apologise from their side.

If you walk in you'll be ignored until there is no one in the drive through. Waited over five minutes at the counter just to place an order. Co-worker left it was taking so long. One worker who was just writing on random bags kept telling me it would only be a minute and the second time, when I said she had already said that, she muttered something in a foreign language that I can only assume is an insult. I watched multiple cars enter the drive through and exit before they took my order.
Sausage patty was also cold.
