They don't know how to make a proper London fog. And they only put cream cheese in the middle of the bagel got two and they on put a ball of cream cheese in the middle of my bagel not even enough to coat one fourth of the bagel.. bin there 5 times now and it's a disappointment everytime well not be going there again.

Honestly I'm done ordering food at this Tims location. I work really close by and go to this time hortons semi frequently and won't be buying anything other than drinks from now on. Probably the last 15 bagels I've ordered, even sometime with extra cream cheese, come with more than 50% of the bread dry. I'm tired of spending money here and getting garbage back

They decided that talking to one another and sweeping floors was more important then taking orders stood online for 5 min with only one person in front of me the wedges where ice cold and the blt hardly had bacon on it at all

my experience was quite disappointing. The food is consistently cold, which really affected the overall taste and enjoyment. Additionally, the dishes tasted old, as if they had been prepared well in advance and left out for too long. I was expecting a much higher quality given the reviews, but sadly, this was not the case. I hope they can improve their food quality in the future.

Ordered a carmel iced coffee and got luke warm bitter water with syrup on the bottom with a few ice cubes. Had to dump it :-\. So hit or miss unfortunately at all locations....
Someone needs to learn how to count to 50- ordered 50 timbits and only got 35 and my coffee was 3/4 full.

Very disappointing. I ordered egg n cheddar muffin, it was cold and the English muffin was damn hard. Look like they are selling a day old stuff. Also, I asked for a jalapeno bagel instead they provide me with an everything bagel with butter on it, even didn’t heat it up. Pretty bad customer service and food quality.

My one-star review is for one employee the senior citizen you have working the front spends more time standing and talking than anything 15 minutes a coffee from her. Doesn't matter what your age is if you're being paid to work you should work
