Too bad , the store was running out of veggies such as spinach . Maybe the guys don’t know what is meaning of “more” they just put little sauces in my sub despite of asking them again and again to put more . Moreover I didn’t got refund for the order which was not initialized by subway app and my payment was deducted.

I’ve been to many Subway locations, but this was by far the worst. The bad attitude of the staff, the low-quality food, and the unclean environment make me never want to return. Do better, Subway!

8:30pm on Saturday I wanted two footings, steak and meatball. There was not enough steak to make a whole footling and he tried to excuse that as sufficient, there was no meatballs, there was no white cheddar, there was not enough bacon to make my melt I had to accept. Three pieces of bacon which I knew was not the proper amount and I asked if he was going to get more from the back and he refused... said it was the proper amount. He tossed the improper amount of uncooked steak directly onto the bun without even asking if I wanted it toasted... and to top it off there were no lids for the soft drinks.... I am done with this place. Never stopping here ever again. Waste of time
The staff looks miserable and they seem inconvenienced by customers coming in. I used to work there and it’s a very simple job. The way they throw together the sandwiches is lazy and sloppy. An example: I asked for green peppers and onions and he sloppily puts a few green pepper on one side and a few onions on the other side. I had to stop and ask him to mix them across the whole sub. Somehow the sauce ends up on the outside of the sandwich. It’s really not that hard to assemble good sandwich. I regularly feel annoyed by the way they construct them here for the past couple years.

I like subway, but this location is not the greatest. Most of the time I place an order through their app for pick up, the orders are messed up in some way every single time! Chips missing, drinks missing, wrong toppings etc...With my last order I contacted customer support, I'm assuming they directed my report to the manager, who did e-mail me back, which was just a smoke show, and brushing me off. We want all our customers to be happy blah blah. Not once was I offered a refund on missing items, or any reimbursement of any kind.
